What Does It Mean For Stoffa?

Orie was sentenced earlier today to 2 1/2 years for doing the same thing that  County Executive John Stoffa has done...so what does it mean for Mr. Stoffa? Only the near future will tell.

In any case John, take a note: things are only going to get HOTTER.

There are plans in the works as this post is written that will definitely ROCK your world for the last time. And unless you redeem yourself by initiating a legal action against O'Hare for his most recent  LIE and SLANDER of Gracedale, matters will only get worst for you. We The People can see you sweating.

Understand John, O'Hare is already done. No reputable politician will associate themselves with him...in fact, they are pleased to see him going down in flames.

It's only a matter of time John - Orie didn't think she would ever go to jail for what she did - did she? But look at her now - she is in jail!

The only way you can begin to mend the relationship YOU broke with The People...is to do the right thing John, and on behalf of The People you are supposed to be serving...pursue legal action against O'Hare. Do that and perhaps we can learn to trust you again...MAYBE!!!

Orie To Be Sentenced Today.

Former state Sen. Jane Orie, R-Allegheny, will be in Allegheny County court today for her sentencing hearing.

Orie was convicted on March 26 of 14 of 24 criminal counts against her, including charges of theft of services, conflict of interest and forgery.

All charges were related to her use of taxpayer-funded resources for political purposes or her first trial, which ended in a mistrial due to the submission of forged evidence.

Orie’s lawyer, William Costopoulos, has argued in a court motion that sentencing guidelines for Orie’s convictions range from probation to 9 to 18 months in jail, plus monetary penalties “within the $25,000 range.” Prosecutors have requested more than $2 million in restitution and potentially up to eight years in prison.

Some say Orie’s forgery convictions could result in her seeing some prison time.

The depiction!

This is how County Executive John Stoffa - by association with Bernard O'Hare depicts our beloved Gracedale!!!

This picture and contenets is posted on O'hares hate blog in relation to Gracedale...
...How do you feel about it?

In our opinion - Gracedale "the facility" and the County should sue Bernard O'hare for this awful (and unlawful) representation of a his most recent LIE...According to this depiction, and latest slander, Gracedale is nothing more than a POT HOUSE...what's next? - a CRACK HOUSE? No...wait a minute, it actually refers to it as a DRUG FACTORY.

This is definately not a truthful representation of Gracedale, but a misrepresentation of the facility intended to financially ruin it, condoned by Stoffa. And if we're wrong, we will apologize to the Executive...but Stoffa on behalf of the Taxpayers and resident of the County, MUST initiate a lawsuit against O'Hare (which may prove that we are wrong).

John, you sued the people for working toward saving Gracedale...now it's time to sue O'Hare for trying to OPENLY HURT Gracedale. And, in this instance, we authorize the use our of tax dollars to do so. Remember the vote was 75%.

If Stoffa does not, then County Council should look at O'Hares latest post and pursue a legal action on behalf of the tax payers, who in addition to the residents of Gracedale, is who O'hare intends to hurt.

If this was a private business...the business owner would not hesitate to sue O'Hare for slander - would they? So will the County Hesitate?

Protect Us County Council!

Let's just do it!

Kill Our Elderly?

The nonsensical ignoramus is on his blog - trash talking and attacking Gracedale once again. He depicts our elderly rolling what appears to be marijuana joints, calling Gracedale as a "Nursing Home" - "the drug factory of the future". This fool is truly a despicable man.

He is allowing, or creating his own anonymous comments implying that death panels are necessary to control our elderly population...like he, and the other two depraved mental cases are not elderly themselves!

Our elderly deserve respect and dignity from all of us...and anyone who feels differently should seek out the death panels themselves.

All you politicians out there, and WE THE PEOPLE don't much care who you are...YOUR ON NOTICE - if you choose to associate yourselves with this DEFLATED RAT who goes by the name of Bernard O'Hare the 3rd, you all BETTER understand clearly that WE THE PEOPLE consider this the last straw regarding this deranged mind...and we will see you as such by association - no support from us with your political ambitions.

Which Democrat, Republican or independent wants to say they are associated with ignorant wanna-be? Please stand and be counted.

My Photo
NO ONE has the right to demean our elderly as this moron has, and We The People will NOT stand for it.

And as for you John Stoffa - obvious supporter of this mean-spirited and heartless deranged imbecile...if you want us to see you in a different light - now is the right time to denounce O'Hare publicly...or deal with the storms to come! And you can trust us when we say...they're comming!

Persecution Vs. Accountability

County Executive John Stoffa recently asked a COAF member "when are you people going to stop persecuting me?"

WOW...as we recall it - while campaigning in 2009, Stoffa said that the #1 item he stood for was ACCOUNTABILITY. However, it is evident by his comment to COAF that Mr. Stoffa does not know the difference between accountability and persecution.

Persecution John, is what YOU, Angle, and the bottom feeder have exposed We The People to. According to Merriam-Webster, to PERSECUTE is defined as:

1. to harass or punish in a manner designed to injure, grieve, or afflict; specifically: to cause to suffer because of belief.

2. to annoy with persistence or urgent approaches (as attacks, pleas, or importunity's) : pester.

Yes John...We The People were persecuted for many of our beliefs - but, most importantly, for our belief that Gracedale should stay in County hands.

We The People stood before you on many more than one occasion John...eating humble pie...humbly asking that you hear our modest pleas - but arrogantly you dismissed us as mere peasants that meant nothing to you.

We suspect however, that today you wish you would have listened...but , unfortunately for you, it's too late John...because We The People no longer TRUST in YOU, nor put our faith in YOU.

We anticipate that you now understand the power of government really belongs to We The People by way of our VOTE - just ask Angle, he can testify that there is no greater power in government than the power of the VOTERS.

We are still seriously considering a recall before it is too late to do so John...the only thing that can stop it is your RESIGNATION. Do the right thing John - STEP DOWN. We asked you before not to force our hand, but you chose to defy us instead. You now know our meaning and our resolve...so we're asking you again, don't make us do this - JUST STEP DOWN and avoid the scandal a recall vote will bring to the County. if you really care...STEP DOWN.

And remember - We The People have done nothing more than hold YOU ACOUNTABLE.

We Have To Sell Gracedale Says Stoffa - 2011...

First he wanted to lease - then he said SELL.

On February 22, 2011, the Easton Patch reported the following:

"Gracedale may not survive if it isn't sold, Northampton County Executive John Stoffa told reporters Tuesday."

We know the Executive flip flopped because he initially did say he was not in favor of selling, but of leasing. So what converted him to the sell side? Hmmm - let's see...there must have been an Angle to his conversion.

During this same press conference, Stoffa announced that he would be appealing Judge Barattas ruling. This after promising members of COAF that he would not go beyond the the courts ruling. He then CHANGED HIS MIND saying:

"We cannot have 23,000 county executives making a decision and have a representative form of government".

Well, we did not then, and we do not today have 23,000 executives, we have only one. What Mr. Stoffa seems incapable of comprehending is that a representative form of government is supposed to represent it's People (the 23,000+ petition signers) - he did not represent The Peoples desires...but his own. The critical point is...instead of doing the will of The People...he did will of Stoffa, and by challenge the 23,000 he was supposed to represent, he threw our Representative form of government right out the window.

EP continues with it's report saying:

"Mario Martinez, spokesman for the group trying to keep Gracedale publicly-owned, said he was disappointed with Stoffa's plan to appeal, saying that the executive had told members of the group that he would let Baratta have the last word.

Stoffa acknowledged that he had said that, but later changed his mind after thinking the issue over and considering how the petition affected Gracedale in particular and county government in general.

Martinez, like Stoffa, cited the founding fathers, saying the Constitution gives people the right to petition for redress.

The Gracedale decision, he said, should be made by the entire county, "not just nine people," a reference to the members of county council.

Martinez said his group is not deterred by Stoffa's appeal. He also dismissed a recent news report that said the group was out of money.

"We know we're going to win this," he said. "We're prepared to fight this to the very end."

We said it then John...and we are still saying it today - we're in this till the very end. We will keep our eyes on you - because we don't TRUST YOU!

1st Gracedale Advisory Board Meeting

This morning at 11:00 am, the GAB met for the first time since its establishment.

Ross Marcus opened on schedule, and expressed that he will facilitate the first meeting or two until officers are elected sometime in the near future.

There were a total of seventeen people present.

The first order of discussion was the establishment of meeting dates and time. It was decided that the Board will meet every 2nd Thursday of the month at 4:30 p.m.

Mr. Marcus indicated that the members of the group will decide what activities to take on, and which to pass on.

He went on to "WARN" everyone (in Fun of course - some chuckles were heard) that the meetings are open to the public, and the media is welcomed to attend as well (referring to Samantha of the Morning Call who was in attendance).

Then the purpose of the group was discussed, as well as terms and other matters of importance to the group itself, such as Robert's Rule Of Order being the format followed - all agreed.

Peg DeLesandro stated that she read Gracedales mission statement, and felt it important that the Board adhere to the MS. All agreed.

Marketing was also expressed to be PARAMOUNT to the future success of Gracedale.

The meeting went approximately 2 hrs so we won't get into all the specifics - the meeting served the purpose of paving a path that will prosper our beloved Gracedale from the current generation, to all future generations to come. We're on our way.
