...with Stephen Barron's letter to the editor of the Express Times yesterday in response to a letter from the Express Times opinion staff on April 4th.

...On a foundation of TRUTH!

My brother Bernie takes pride in slandering and libeling me for no other reason than he hates my guts!

Not because he knows me (he has never sat down with me, even for a cup of coffee), and not because I have ever wronged him - But because I was instrumental in disassembling his evil empire, beginning with Ron Angle, and ending with John Stoffa.

I say again publically...all three are LIARS! I am not slandering or libeling any of them, I can prove it - Standing alone.

No, I have not been abandoned by COAF...don't be ridiculous! They would never do that to me! But I have been singled out once again by Bernie, and for that reason I chose to stand alone ready to battle him in riotousness!

Bernie, please understand that I don't care what you think about me, period. And I don't think that anyone else  really does either.

I care only what GOD thinks about me Bernie.

Yes, I know and I understand that to you I am but a fake this or that, and that's okay...because considering what everyone knows about you, being a fake this or that is actually a step up from you, so I'm proud of that. 

No this is not hate Bernie - It's the TRUTH! Feel it and then deal with it!

I have Jesus Christ whom I serve - Who do you serve Bernie? Just take a guess...please - Just a guess.

When I first went up against you and the other two miscreants, you know, Angle and Stoffa, I did so to serve my GOD Jesus Christ.

Guess what he told me Bernie? He told me that you would attack me without cause because of Him. So please, feel free to attack, just please don't act so surprised when I hit you back.

Yes it's true, Jesus tells me to turn the other cheek! 

However, what you may not realize is that I only have two cheeks, then I hit back.

My Lord and savior Jesus never once in scripture instructs me to be a door-mat for anyone, especially you Bernie.

If however, I'm wrong about that, please feel free to sit with me and teach me where I have gone wrong.  I, unlike you, am receptive to the truth. I don't bend it, or twist it the way you do. I simply accept it for what it is...the TRUTH!

 

If on the other hand, your hatred for me is so strong that you just want to beat me up as some suggest...then please feel free to name the place and time. I will surely keep the appointment just as Jesus did on the Cross.


I will satisfy your demonic desire and slap you with love...just understand that I am still human, and am likely to close my hand. I promise not strike you unless you strike first, as evident to this point. But know this Bernie, if you ever put your hands on me again, ever, it is possible that I will love you more than you have ever been loved before. How does that sound my brother?

But if you really want to beat me up, as some comments received on this blog suggest you do...then again I say: name the time and place.

STOP talking! Please make it a public place, so that all can see the mistake you will make in touching me again.

I promise not to throw the first blow, and I also promise that you will see all kinds of stars after you do - So please, whatever you do,  take you best shot! Just don't act so surprised when the lights go out, trust me when I say, they will!

I am a man Bernie! I do not cross-dress, and I fear no one but GOD himself. And the fear of God is not fright, but respect. Hopefully you understand the difference.

If you don't, well, let me explain it to you: I am not one of the chumps you are accustom to dealing with. Trust me when I tell you that.

Unlike others, I understand that I can defend myself. Unlike others, I know how to defend myself.

Note that if you ever touch me again Bernie, I will show you what I mean. Yes...I will love you to death, Bernie. I will love you to death.

...From COAF to Jerry Seyfried.

Yes! COAF had the honor of sitting with Mr. Seyfried last evening to discuss his position on various issues the county must deal with. Certainly Gracedale was at the top of our list.

Jerry was very sincere and honest in his discussion with us. We see him as a member of the community who has nothing to gain by his election, but everything to give.

What we mean by that is that Jerry is retired, and at this point in his life he considers himself very blessed without need, but also blessed with a desire to give back to his community.

In our opinion, that is very admirable because some of the candidates who have spoken to us (seeking our support) continuously say I, I, I, like John Callahan did during his announcement.  Jerry on the other hand say's we, and us, and together. That is very important to all of us within COAF, and to our 23,000.00 plus supporters. 

As we expressed to Mr. Seyfried, we are seeking to support and elect candidates who truly care about the people and the county, and who promise never to forget who they work for...

 

Jerry asked us what did we want from him...we said: nothing but fairness and honesty. Jerry promised to deliver on his promise to be fair and honest.

We also expressed to him that we have no desire to tell our county government how to do their jobs (other than to do it right the first time), but promised him (as we have others), that we will hold him accountable should he stray off a true-north course.

You will hear Jerry Seyfried, one of our choices for County Council this year, speak first about his experience, and then about Gracedale.

He stands firmly behind his words when he states that during the Gracedale Initiative, the Unions were willing, but the Stoffa Administration was the actual road-block.

I won't...

...Vote for you!

Those are the words of one disappointed Allentown woman. The resident was speaking with regard to the water/sewer lease bid by LCA.

We typically do not discuss matters outside of our county because there is enough to be said in our own backyard. However, we found it interesting that in Allentown there seems to be an attempt to silence the voice of the people...and the people are not having it.

Near one hundred residents showed up to the meeting last night, prepared to discus the lease option and share their opinions...only to discover that they would not be afforded the opportunity.

The residents/taxpayers of Allentown wanted an answer to one question: WHY?

City Council President Julio Guridy had no intention of allowing anyone to speak on the matter, so he expressed that intent early in the meeting. But why?

Mr. Guridy told the residents that items of the deal cannot be discussed, and certainly that is understandable to reasonable people. What is not understandable to anyone is: Why wouldn't he allow the residents (who took time out of their busy lives) to share their thoughts on a matter of concern to them? Why?

Residents were disappointed and disturbed because the city charter does not provide City Council  the right to take away "the peoples basic right" to express their views and opinions. They were rightly disgusted.

A question that begged to be asked (and was ask by Rich Fegley) was: Where does it state in the City Charter that something that is on the agenda can't be addressed by the public? Of course the question received no answer.

It seems that our government officials (elected by the people) somehow forget who they really work for.

Imagine you're at work, and in a daily meeting you are confronted by your boss who has some questions on your performance. And you tell him/her to shut up! How well do you think that will go over...Not very good, right?

Sadly, this appears to be a big problem within the American Government system, and really, it does not have to be.

The only thing the Allentown residents desired was an opportunity to express their voice. And the only thing that City Council had to do was allow it.

We would suggest City Council take notice to what the women in the beginning of this post said: I won't VOTE for you. That statement had the ring of a promise.

Has Anybody Noticed...

That when the truth about John Stoffa is highlighted on this blog, Bernie just goes cRaZy. You have to wonder: Is it just Bernie's loyalty for Stoffa, or is it the tyrant John Stoffa unleashing his attack-dog?

County Executive John Stoffa wants his way on everything, and nothing less will do. County Council has made the same decision twice in six months. Isn't that a good indicator that council knows what they want. And the general populace seems fine with it too, so why is Stoffa so adamant about making a change that no one else want's? Yes, that's an excellent question. Another good question would be: What's in it for John?

Sadly, over the last several years while seeking justice in Nor-Co  for the sick and needy, and for the taxpayers, tyranny is what we have witnessed.

As long as John is the Executive, It will not matter what the majority want, only what the minority Stoffa wants.

Lurking

Just consider that prowling Bernie himself is saying that Stoffa is going to undermine County Council: "As I've mentioned, NorCo Exec John Stoffa is doing an end run around Council". And he thinks that's okay because he say's it's okay, and because Stoffa think's it's okay?

Well, for their information...it's not okay.

I don't want to...but I will!

And we really don't care John if you let your wild dog loose on us, because our passive dog has teeth too - And he will continue to defeat your dog (with the truth) till the very end.

We know you don't like us telling the truth about you John, but that's too bad. If it's too hot in the kitchen for you, you know what you can do...GET OUT!

Exposing John Stoffa

We will continue to illuminate your misdeeds John, until something is done to correct your deceptions, or until your gone.

Really...He lied to us?

The taxpayers, electors, citizens and good folks of Nor-Co have a right to know that their County Executive,  the dishonorable John Stoffa has lied to them, and to the entire county, on many more than one occasion...and he knows it.

And we John, will not rest until justice is served. The day will come.

Defiance...

...Is a Stoffa trademark.

County Executive John Stoffa is so angry at how lousy his life as executive turned out, that he just wants to hurt every taxpayer of the county, in any way he can.

There has never been Stoffa-loyalty to the taxpayers, so we can forget about that. But think that we trusted this imbecile with the highest level elected position in the county.

How does he repay those who elected him? By mocking them!

And what about County Council?  For whatever the reason, they were trying to be loyal to Stoffa. How do we know that? Because they have done a great job of sitting silent on John Stoffa's behalf. And because of their silence, even the media has not dealt John the Stoffa-Gift hand. And so how does he repay County Council? By spitting in their faces.

John Stoffa is a bitter 70 year old man that seems to be reverting to a child-like state, telling County Council: I will get my way, yes...I will get my way. 

In our opinion, John has become vindictive and deranged to the point that he cannot sanely carry out his responsibilities.

How does County Council fix this problem now? Well that's simple...Censure John Stoffa for misusing tax resources and demand his resignation.

If that doesn't work, use the home rule charter and the letter of the law to forcibly remove him  from office. We can only suggest that care is taken because in his deranged state of mind, who knows what he is capable of?

It's understandable that he wishes he could turn back the hands of time, especially to the point where he lied to COAF about his intentions relating to Gracedale.

If so, he would be able to repair his relationship with all of the wonderful taxpayers who pay his generous salary. And he would be the people's hero, loved by all the citizens of the county. So much so that the people would honor him with a building named after him (that didn't happen, did it?).

In his dream world he would go out in total victory, known as the greatest County Executive ever!

Back to reality - Every day for the last couple of years he wakes up to the real world. The world he so foolishly created. To taxpayers and electors who despise him for putting his needs above the County's. And he just can't handle it, so what does he chose to do? GET EVEN!

Yes, just like a child that doesn't know better, he is trying to GET EVEN!!!

With who, you ask? 

With COAF, and the taxpayers, and the electors, and County Council. You name it, he's trying everything he can to get "EVEN" with the good folks of the County. The very folks who trusted him...elected him - Sad!

The big question of course is...what will County Council do?

Will they just wipe the spit from their faces and let the spoil brat circumvent them again?...

...or, will they finally act like the representatives we expect them to be, and inform Stoffa that his childish behavior is not going to be tolerated!

Which will it be? Your guess is as good as ours!

 

It's My Way...

...Or else!!! - Here we go again.

County Executive John Stoffa is the biggest mistake voters in Nor-Co ever made. This so called gentle-man is nothing more than a bully with a soft voice.

Last October Northampton County Council by a clear vote indicated that they want to keep Nazareth Ambulance as the service provider to Gracedale.

Well, Stoffa decided to do it again six months later. Two weeks ago Stoffa decided to make another drastic attempt to force Lifestar into service at Gracedale. County Council again (very clearly) said: we want to keep Nazareth Ambulance.

Stoffa figured he could do what he so often does, lowball - Then come back to the well for more water (in this case money).

He did the same thing with the archives building in Forks Township, costing the taxpayers (rounding it off) another $85.000.00.

Now he's going to shovel Lifestar down Councils throat with sealed bids. But wait a minute, who asked for the seal bids? No one?

That's right...NO ONE!!!

Ladies and gentlemen of Nor-Co, here we go again. Mr. Stoffa is up to no good again, and he won't take no for an answer.

He wants us to believe that he is such a good executive that he just cannot ignore $260k in savings. But he has no problem ignoring the taxpayers, who actually foot the bills.

Right! Just like he tried to make us believe that he did not sue the taxpayers with our own money. But we discovered the truth didn't we? And the truth is that he did sue that taxpayers using tax resources. We can prove two hours (although the true amount of hours is likely 60-70). 

Mark our words folks, we will likely pay three times more than the $260k to make up for the losses that Lifestar is taking just to land the Gracedale contract.

Stoffa will (in all probability) come in from the back door with some other lame story about how they did not figure on this or that, and it will now cost an additional X-amount, and we need it yesterday...you know...how he always comes in with his urgency tactic - We must do it now or else! Saying his favorite words...if we don't do this now, I don't know what we'll do...Bla, bla, bla.

The problem has consistently been that John Stoffa enjoys shoveling garbage down our throats. He takes great pleasure in hurting the taxpayers and voters who supported his run for Executive.

John Stoffa's biggest shortfall is that he can't do anything honestly. He is always scheming and conniving.

And so here we go again, wasting more tax-dollars on matters that matter least.
