No - She's Not...

...Really Gone.

According to comments on our post Is She Really Gone, County Executive John Stoffa has allowed Ross Marcus to place the dreaded Ilisa Sacknoff in another county employment position. The question now is: did we really expect anything different?

We The People have to wonder - what does she have over them that they continue to shuffle her from position to position?

We decided rather than posting excerpts from the comments, to post the comments themselves.

In our opinion, if this information is true, (and we believe it is) John Stoffa is a disgrace to the office he was elected to, and to the County he is supposed to be representing.

  1. Marcus and Stoffa gave her a job today as the CASSP coordinator, which was a vacant position. Same pay grade level and salary. She will start there on Monday. Now she will get to determine if children with mental health issues get the required treatment that is recommended by psychiatrists. This position had been vacant for quite a while and really did not need to be filled as other administrators were doing the work since the previous employee left.
  1. Sad day in NorCo Human Services

This job was not even posted to all County Employees. Stoffa and Marcus just appointed her.

    Shady business
  2. Word on the street is, her fourth job with the county.
  3. ANON 5:37 - do you know it as a fact?
  4. ANON 5:37 here. Yes it is a fact. Management never gets rid of management, they just move them around and expect different results. Stoffa has allowed Marcus to try to destroy Gracedale and now he is doing it to the rest of the County's Human Services departments.
  5. It is all fact, call and ask tomorrow for yourself. Better yet ask council. Also call civil service and check policy if this move is even legal.

All of Human Services will be gone 5 years from now.

Why do u think the County is now leasing a building instead of owning one.

Stoffa and Marcus have no commitment to keeping any of these programs.
Truly a sad day in NorCo!

He's At It Again!!!

Northampton County Executive John Stoffa is once again moving his lips, but saying NOTHING.

Stoffa wants to build a new building to house Human Services, and he wants to lease it before it is built.

Stoffa won't say where the building will be built, who will build it, or even how much he thinks it will cost...but his lips are moving.

And get this, the Express Times says "His proposed 2013 budge, won't include those details because too many have yet to be sorted out, he said. The budget would most likely need to be amended in the early months of 2013, he said."

"Stoffa said he hopes to announce further details to Northampton County Council in the next month. However, when he first mentioned the potential deal in August, Stoffa said he planned on discussing the deal more fully at the Sept. 21 meeting." But did he? And notice that he said "he hopes to" instead of HE WILL...so that just means that he will continue to move his lips whiles saying nothing.

Is She Really Gone?

Supposedly...Ilisa Sacknoff's day's are numbered (the end of September), although we understand that she is still jockeying for other possible positions in government where she may be able to continue in our opinion, her traumatizing intimidation of the very individuals she is supposed to serve.

Sadly, even if Ilisa Sacknoff's is no-more in our County Government, she may go to some other County where no one knows of her or her evil way's. She will certainly receive positive reference from Ross Marcus and his patron John Stoffa...but she will still be someones problem.

Worst yet...we still have many more Sacknoff's still roaming around in NorCo...they know who they are - and so do we.

People who work in government are supposed to work for We The People, remember? But, because of foul leadership like John Stoffa who sets a very poor example to follow, they too believe they are above their masters, and can do whatever they want to do, whenever they want to...not so - eventually we all pay for our transgressions.

Question: What is Human Services?

The National Organization for Human Services had this to say "The field of Human Services is broadly defined, uniquely approaching the objective of meeting human needs through an interdisciplinary knowledge base, focusing on prevention as well as remediation of problems, and maintaining a commitment to improving the overall quality of life of service populations. The Human Services profession is one which promotes improved service delivery systems by addressing not only the quality of direct services, but also by seeking to improve accessibility, accountability, and coordination among professionals and agencies in service delivery."

Sounds really good doesn't it? The problem is Wanna-be leaders like Stoffa and Marcus, who in our opinion, seem to allow double dipping practices which in and by themselves are not corrupt, but, usually lead to corruption.

A Developmental Programs employee working for Pinebrook Family Services in Allentown bears the same potential conflict of interest that a Police officer working for the Gambino's has. Stoffa knows, Marcus knows - but what have they done to prevent even the appearance of a conflict? NOTHING!

Our friend "the nonsensical ignoramus" would like to see John Stoffa run for County Council so that he can still have a hook in the courthouse, but this morning in conversation with a rather funny elector, we were informed that the only thing John will be running for is his rocking chair, and Angle, well, he's just off his rocker.

RUN Baby RUN!

Does it matter who decides to run for Norco Council next year? We think NOT.

A few out there are illusions with the idea that seats on County Council, as well as the County Executive seat are just up for grabs next year, no not so...We The People are ENGAGED.

What does that mean you ask? Simple - We The People are involved - and We The People know what's going on due to our involvement.

Seats in government are not just up for grabs, unless of course the people don't have a clue as to who is doing what, and why.

But take note: We The People do remember who did what, and who said what. And most of all, we recall crystal clear who FAILED US.

There are also others that believe they got away because they flew under the radar, no not so...and they will discover after the election that we were onto them all along...when they get booted out.

Perhaps that's why some have already thrown in the towel...they seen what happened to Ronny boy, and they rather step down before they are knocked down.

Some out there (and they know who they are) may not realize it but they are simply has-been's who have nothing left. They can say anything they want to, about anyone they wants to...but it will always be meaningless because in the end they are but has-been's that still wanna-be.

It would be real interesting to see Ron Angle TRY to run for something next year. And we say interesting because we believe he will lose again and again - the question is: can he take such rejection again and again? Remember, he failed to win his own district last election...he will definitely fail County wide. During our SGD initiative, 9 out of 10 people we talked to about the ousted Councilman said they would drop him like the bad habit he is...if they could (they were not in his district). Go ahead Ron...RUN - as far away as you can, and as fast as you can...because in NorCo the feeling is - you can't even win a one man foot race!

The nonsensical ignoramus on the other hand seams to believe that if his ex-benefactor was to run again he will win, but we doubt the win will come. In fact, we feel strongly that if Angle does run he will only increase the odds of his opponent, whomever that may be. With that said, anyone out there considering election, run against Ron Angle and your sure to win.

No...there never was a desire on the part of We The People to be bullied, and will not be bullied again...

...Ron Angle has never been anything more than a big bully who's strong arm tactics served him well until COAF stood up and inspired the people of NorCo to say...ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. For Ron, it's been down hill ever since.

Finally...The TRUTH!

"Stoffa is unwilling to lead."

John Stoffa

We have been saying all along that John Stoffa is incompetent and incapable of leading, and finally - even Bernie has no choice but to agree with us. WOW...the day has come Stoffa is being attack by his very own culprit confidant ;-)

What must Stoffa be thinking right about now? He's probably asking himself - why?...why, are my employees calling me a snake? - Perhaps because you are snake! And instead of leading with a thick skin, he allows good employees to be terminated.

Ilisa SacknoffIn the mean time - less than desirable employees like Ilisa sacknoff (who should have been terminated at Gracedale) is allowed to continue her government career of intimidation.

Regarding Stoffa's budget(s), his ex-best friend says "It was really no budget at all." Adding "That's not leadership. It's also bad government, making a major tax hike inevitable in the next year or two."

What!!! You mean it's not Gracedale's fault? No, of course not...if a tax increase is necessary - It's John Stoffa's fault...

...Ironically, Bernie even admits that Ron Angle has melt-downs. WOW...who would believe the turn of events?

So how does John Stoffa stack up as a leader, he doesn't. He's just a weak wanna-be that has taken the county in the wrong direction far too long. If the last couple of years have taught us anything - it is that we have leaders, and followers, and then there's John Stoffa, who really should just get out of the way. You have lost your last confidence.
