Truth Be Told!!!

It is important that the County taxpayers know the truth, so please select the link and go 3:30 into the video to hear the truth for your selves.

Link: The Truth Exposed

The nonsensical ignoramus has his way of misinforming the people of the county, but here, on this blog we share the truth.

He commented on his blog:
"Yesterday was a bad one for the Fake Rev. He was all gussied up bc he was supposed to do a taping on Business Matters about immigration. Jesus must have told Tony Iannelli to invite Martinez. But Tony
listens to Satan, too, and Satan told him to invite Ron Angle.

What Bernie doesn't know is that I was asked by Alison Meyers of Business Matters if I would come on the show to discuss immigration. I told her that I did not feel comfortable doing the show because I could make a case for both sides, meaning that I had mixed emotions about the topic, she checked with her producer Michelle Young, and got back to me, indicating that it would be okay as long as I brought the same passion I brought during my previous appearances. I laughed and suggested to Alison that if she wanted that passion she would have to invite Ron Angle too. But no, I did not know that she in fact took me up on my suggestion. I call Alison on Tuesday to advise her that I had two important meetings to attend, and the show being taped at three presented a conflict for me. I left her a message apologizing, explaining that the meetings were too important. Yes, the Council meeting was one of them.

He goes on to say:
"Angle found out that Martinez was going to be a guest that morning, but still agreed to do the show bc he had given his word and is a man of his word. Martinez refused to come on with Angle there, showing what his word means."

In my opinion, Ron Angle was actually happy that I didn't come on the show with him, because I had a hat that he was going to have to eat publically. And regarding his word...we all know who Angle is, and we all know his word isn't worth a red cent. That's why he was fired from his councilman job...and I was happy to help fire him.

"After missing an opportunity to pontificate on TV, he spiraled out of control at a County Council with a message of hatred. Yes, Peg should have shut him down, but I think she made the right call in letting him go on because he destroyed himself, showing the world just how vindictive and petty he is. He did not help McClure that night."

Now, anyone who watched the video link above knows the truth, I never spiraled out of anything. This is O'Hare spiraling and slanting the truth to continue his web of deception, as he always does. I stood up once again humbly, but proudly, and yes firmly defending Gracedale and the taxpayer who matter most.

And the only thing I destroyed was Stoffa's attempt to deceive us again with his bogus gift memo. He pretends in his demented and delusional mind that County Council sided with Stoffa...I don't know if that was their intent, but I can tell you this for sure - if you watched the video you heard me ask council not to accept the bogus gift. And we know today that by an 8-0 vote council did not accept the bogus gift. You be the judge about who's side they were on.

I, nor COAF have ever done anything to be ashamed of. All we have ever done is stand up and be counted. And if standing up for the truth is wrong, then we don't want to be right!

Gift...What Gift?...

Why not just call it what it is - corruption.

On January 25, 2013, we wrote a post explaining to the County taxpayers that County Executive John Stoffa had finally admitted his guilt (Guilty-Guilty-Guilty). Thereafter, someone with legal knowledge like his solicitor (after reading our post) must of said: John are you crazy? They're right, agreeing to pay back the misused money in questions shows your guilt. So they went to work to do some damage control. You see, if John Stoffa is professionally investigated there is a possibility that  he may have to do more than pay back some money.

So they came up with this idea to present the $700.00 being paid back as a gift to the County. What??? A gift for what?

The Scheme - John Stoffa would have County Council vote on receiving the $700.00, but not as money he misused (which is what the $700.00 was all about), instead he wanted it to be seen a gift with no purpose. What a tangle web they weave!

Stoffa through his memo want's County Council and the taxpayers to believe that this matter has been resolved by the courts. Well, that just is not possible. We presented the fact that the information relating to the misused tax funds was not available to any one until December 6, 2012 (two months ago), so we made the point that no court has seen this evidence yet!

We through our spokesperson implored County Council to reject the gift offer, expressing that it was no gift. How can you take money from the taxpayers, misuse it, and when your caught, return it as a gift? What idiot would believe that?

Then Bruce Gilbert stated that he feels Stoffa shouldn't pay anything back. It seems he's okay with Stoffa's misuse of tax funds. It's a good thing for him he's not running for a second term.

We also expressed that John Stoffa has lied not only to COAF, but also to County Council, and most importantly to the taxpayers.

Our pleas to County Council where heard, and for various reasons they did what we asked, they rejected the gift memo, because it was no gift and they know it.

Bernie O'Hare lll, who has a history of wrong doing himself when he was an attorney, and who was disbarred for his wrong doing. And by the way, who benefitted from the misused money is now attempting to portray The People's protest of Stoffa's wrong doing as some sort witch hunt.

Ladies and Gentlemen of NorCo, there is no which hunt, only a quest for TRUTH and JUSTICE.

County Controller Stephen Barron presented the information he discovered about the misuse tax money to County Council on December 6 2012, because they asked him to look into the matter and report back to them, so he did just that.

We The People requested that County Council censure County Executive John Stoffa for lying, and further asked that County Council demand the Executives resignation for misusing tax dollars, and lying about that too.

We The People did not make those two request because we are on a witch hunt, but because it is the right thing for County Council to do in light of the new information presented by the Controller.

Sadly, this will not end here in our County where it should.

More to come on this...

This Was The First Time...

...Since COAF has been organized (and that's five years now), that we've ever seen Mayor John Callahan at Gracedale.

We had to wait a little bit for the Mayor to get started on his 5 page prepared announcement because Mr. Callahan didn't want to get started without his family by his side, and that's understandable. His charming wife and kids appeared to be lost, (we're not trying to be mean - but what does that tell you?).

Bernie O'Hare must of been lost too because he arrived late as well.

They Made it
Mayor Callahan finally began his announcement, and at the end of his announcement he acknowledged to all present that he was dragging the announcement hoping his family would have arrived before he was done, and they finally made it just as we were preparing to leave.

We are not in any way attempting to bash the Mayor, we actually think he is a gentleman, however, when it comes to Gracedale COAF will always ask some tough questions - because we will always do what we promised all along to do, PROTECT Gracedale .

On the surface the Mayor said the right thing when he said he's not in favor of outsourcing Gracedale. However, when presented with the opportunity, Jack D'Alessandro asked Mayor Callahan why he did not support the referendum initiative when we were seeking political support, pointing out to Mayor Callahan that Easton's Mayor did, and so did Allentown's Mayor (who's in Lehigh County). Mayor Callahan said: "As the Mayor of the City of Bethlehem it was not particularly my issue at that time."

Well that statement does concern us, because as the Mayor of the City of Bethlehem he is within the boundaries of Northampton County, and he should have taken a position at that time. Lisa Boscola did, Lamont McClure did, Ron Heckman did, Glenn Reibman did, as well as many others. The sale of Gracedale would certainly have impacted the City of Bethlehem, so we have to ask: why didn't he join us - and take a stand on Gracedale then?

It is so important for Mr. Callahan to understand that We The People of Northampton County are not seeking a politician to run the County (we already have one "John Stoffa" that finds it hard to tell the truth), but instead, a human being who care's about other human beings.

Politicians are easily identified because they simply say the right thing at the right time...and the right place - and when times and things change they say the right thing again...somewhere else.

Yes, we do believe it's okay to change your position on things as time change, we don't however, believe it is ever right to do so when it comes to the well being of our beloved Gracedale.

Please take into account what we are saying Mr. Mayor. Good luck sir, we wish you well.

We Are Proud Americans...

...Who unlike the CORRUPT of the County, believe in the laws of the land.

The nonsensical ignoramus wrote:

"Unfortunately, local government too often cowers before a lynch mob, whether it is a Chattanooga mob with guns or a fake preacher who wants to hang the County Executive, despite repeated court rulings against him."

To make sense of this statement one must first consider the source, and then understand the source always twist's the truth.

The actual truth is: Mr. Stoffa misused tax-dollars, which as we understand it, is illegal to do. And, there are no "court rulings against him"

Mr. Stoffa, as an elected public official is being held accountable by the very People who elected him. That is Constitutionally correct. That's Democracy!

Planning Stoffa-Gate
To his point about local government cowering, in the case of Stoffa-Gate, local government may be cowering, but certainly not for fear of the people, apparently for fear of Mr. Stoffa, who to this date does whatever he wants to, whenever he wants to, without any checks or balances from local government.

We The People are not flexing-our-muscles in an attempt to hang anyone, we are merely exercising our Constitutional rights to correct a wrong.
God Bless America

When Is Misuse not Misuse?

In light of the self-evidence presented by none other than County Executive John Stoffa himself (which profoundly indicted him), as witnessed by all present during the January 24, 2013 County Council meeting, or those who witnessed-it through this blogWe The People must ask: where has America gone?

Really: Where are we headed as a civil People?

It certainly appears that we don't know what direction we're headed in because our moral compass has been intentionally destroyed by the evil self-serving John Stoffa.

Mr. Stoffa admitted his guilt when he agreed to pay the County back $700.00 to replace the tax funds We The People can prove he misused. Because he used (under his breath) the word blackmail does not acquit him, or relieve him from his guilt.

Point #1 - If the use of the word Blackmail by Mr. Stoffa is somehow accurate, then logically (and in-fact), it would mean that County Council has broken the law - In that scenario We The People would require and demand an investigation to discover and prosecute those on County Council who blackmailed Mr. Stoffa (we are all intelligent enough to know that's not the case).

Point #2 - Anyone and everyone who watched the event unfold during the meeting or on-line can be the judge - the verdict? Stoffa is GUILTY.

Point #3 - What sane person in control of all their senses goes into a meeting of record, feeling guilty admits his guilt, then wants to retract? Wait a minute...doesn't that remind us of what many criminals do in a court of law?

Point #4 - John Stoffa was real quick to point his finger at County Council, so why does County Council feel obligated to protect him?

Ladies and gentlemen of County Council and Northampton County, our silence will be Mr. Stoffa's escape. While for-whatever-the-reason County Council chooses to remain silent...We The People will not!!!

Mr. Stoffa, at your age we have no desire to see you incarcerated sir, however, you are the one making that bed. The right choice for you at this point in time sir, is to step down, and we can all call it a day...to do less will force our hand.

You know our meaning sir,
and you know our resolve,
only a fool would defy...

Again!

Callaoffa???

...What is a Callaoffa?

It's what you probably get if you cross-bread John Callahan and John Stoffa, what a disturbing thought.

We the People have been forced to endure many a shady deal, and we've been lied to time and time again. By who you ask?  By the Stoffa administration. On January 30th We came across a very interesting article that illustrates (to us) just how similar John Callahan and John Stoffa are, and Callahan will be no different (or even an ounce better) than Stoffa has been. If  Callahan is elected to the county executive seat, it will be the same old manure.

Please Read Morning Call: Jury Decides between Pektor and PP&L

We feel this article expresses that Mayor John Callahan held a check for a developer. This act led to law suits, and then Callahan's  administration all suffered some sort of amnesia, un-able to "recall" who was supposed to cash the check. Reading the article you could close your eyes and almost imagine this being John Stoffa trying to hide the fact he was funding Angle and O'Hare's law suit to fight We the People.

And, was it just us, or did anyone else notice how Callahan strikes special deals, fails to turn in campaign finance reports when due, and Bernie O' Hare simply looks the other way, just like he does with the other John, you know - Stoffa.

We the People certainly expect much more from a county executive than what John Callahan has to offer.

Seeking An Apology Too!!!

Nazareth resident Korine Behler is so disgusted by the acts of two  Nazareth Borough Council members that she is demanding (rightly so) an apology from her borough council.

Please read the ET Article: Nazareth Resident Demands Apology

We are pointing this matter out to all Norco residents who follow this blog, because we feel the same way that Ms. Behler does. All government officials are to be held to a higher standard if they want to serve us. Otherwise they should not seek office! And it now appears that the level of conduct-unbecoming our leadership in Norco may be widespread through out our County.

Plotting from left to right - Ron Angle, John Stoffa, and Bernard O'Hare
We are all aware of Stoffa-Gate. A matter of corruption at the highest level of county government.

We are patiently waiting to see what's going to happen during the upcoming County Council meeting.
