You lost...and there is nothing you can do about it.
Calling us names is not going to help you Bernie. Angle cannot help himself, let alone help You. Attempting to use your now weak blog to pit others against us will not help you Bernie, because everyone is aware of the truth regarding you. And Stoffa, well, because he was foolish to follow Angle and you, he's just marking time today.
Bernie - District Attorney John Morganelli was correct to make the statement he made concerning Easton Police Officer Eric Campbell. "A wounded perpetrator as opposed to a dead officer" who represents the laws We The People established through our elected representatives, is in our opinion, actually a good thing.
Officer Campbell could have killed Nelson Mayers, but he did not. The officer discharged his firearm not recklessly, but properly...by the numbers, according to his police training. And he did so in his own self defense, while doing his very best to protect US...which includes YOU.
To allow the suggestion on your blog, that because the Easton Police Department has had it's share of problems in the past "Easton's kops should be viewed with a very healthy skepticism," is in our opinion a disgrace...but then again, you are a disgraced man.
Again I say to you as I did in the comment you deleted today, no sane person desires to take the life of another just for the sake of doing so. But a Police Officer in full uniform must be respected, as he/she represents us and our civilized laws.
As I also stated to you, unless you are prepared to walk in Officer Campbell's shoes - you should be the last to cast a stone. And believe me, your not man enough to do so.
And yes...you may continue your weak argument that I am a fake Reverend - I thank you for and rejoice in your persecution against my Christian beliefs...because Jesus said I would be persecuted in His Name. Now take note from the fake Reverend - Genesis 9:6 says:
"Whoever sheds human blood,
by humans shall their blood be shed;
for in the image of God
has God made mankind."
For your information Berine, this verse justifies the actions of the Honorable Officer Campbell. He, unlike you, has nothing to be ashamed of. In fact, he and his family should be humbly proud that he was protected by the Savior Jesus who presented him the opportunity to serve his community as well as he did, knowing that John 15:13 says: "Greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends."
Thankfully, officer Campbell didn't have to...and on behalf of COAF, and the grateful citizens of NorCo, in particular Easton, We The People salute you Officer Campbell, and we thank you for your fine service to our comUNITY.
May God continue to pour his blessing on you and your family, Easton PD, all of NorCo, and the Lehigh Valley.

United - We Will Always Stand...
...Divided - We will never fall.
Senator Lisa M. Boscola said it best "The collection of over 23,300 signatures was a monumental success, not just for those advocates of Gracedale, but for democracy as a whole. Those of us in government, along with county government officials, should want, welcome and embrace the thousands of voices who spoke by lending their names to the petition. Now more than ever, it has become increasingly difficult to keep a cynical public engaged in their government. We constantly desire greater activism and want more people to become connected to their government. But roadblock decisions like this are precisely the cause for continued disconnect and disillusionment. Not allowing a referendum vote will disenfranchise these individuals, leaving them in the dark without a democratic voice. When have we ever seen 23,300 people in Northampton County come together via petition, lending their voice to a cause they care and believe so deeply in?"
And today, that very same engaged voice is once again saying something that should be heard and considered seriously by our County leadership...If it is accurate that Ilisa Sacknoff, (who is known to have used Ativan as a method and means to control especially the elderly afflicted with Alzheimer's she could not understand) is to be laid off at the end of September, We The People ask you Mr. Stoffa, don't hesitate, demonstrate that you do in fact serve and represent The People of the County - act now...release her now - for all the trouble she has caused the elderly citizens of our great Northampton County nursing home Gracesdale.
In our opinion, this poor excuse of a social worker has brought nothing more than shame and disgrace to those she should have been serving, as well as to you Mr. Stoffa...so where exactly does your loyalty lie, in her, or in The People who elected you?
Remember this message John:

The greater the loyalty of COAF to COAF, the greater the motivation among the members of COAF to achieve their goals, and greater became the probability that COAF would achieve their goals. And yes...today history shows the world they did achieve their mission...why? Because their loyalty was placed where it belonged - in He who delivers us.
Try it John, you will find peace in Him, and also in doing what is right!

...What does Child Protective Services have to do with Developmental Programs?
Perhaps some of our readers do not fully understand the connection(s), so allow us to explain. In our last post, the late Senator Schaefer, in her documentation was very clear about one thing: "The egregious acts and abhorrent behavior of officials who are supposed to protect children can no longer be tolerated".
We The People believe the same is true in every government department dealing with Human Services, where human lives are affected.
The Senator goes on to say: "I believe Child Protective Services nationwide has become corrupt and that the entire system is broken almost beyond repair".
To understand the scope of the problem, and how it affects the various departments in Human Services, one must understand the core problem, which in our opinion is...Leadership.
We elect leaders like County Executive John Stoffa to handle the business of the County in the best interest of We The People because we trust that they are qualified, and can do so. Unfortunately...there are times that We The People get it wrong - we're duped by deceitful politicians.
Case in point - Mr. Stoffa was very much aware of the problems which existed at Gracedale, specifically dealing with social worker Ilisa Sacknoff. How do we know? Because We The People informed him. Unfortunately, he failed us again. Instead of properly terminating the services of a less than desirable employee, who clearly was not interested in serving the needs of those under her authority, he chose to simply moved her to another government department where evidently she has continued her unethical practices.
Please understand that the complaints against Ms. Sacknoff were many, over a long term of time. At one point, a meeting was scheduled by Mr. McShane to deal with issues, including those against the unsocial social worker, where better than thirty five resident family members attended to voice their concerns - many of which are still involved with COAF today.
Mr. Stoffa was also very much aware of the problems relating to unethical practices by such employees in Lehigh County when he was the Director of Human Services in Lehigh County going back to November of 2002, when Paul Carpenter of the Morning Call wrote an article in which he quoted John Stoffa: "When children were taken away from parents, it was like the Gestapo," He was speaking about how some of the caseworkers operated. "We did find that some of our people were working at these [private service providers]. It was double dipping." Mr. Carpenter went on to state to Mr. Stoffa that: "It's worst than double-dipping, it can involve a financial motive for referrals." and Stoffa replied..."Yes, that's why we had to do something about it [in Lehigh County].
In our opinion, Ilisa Sacknoff while employed at Gracedale, operated very much in the same "Gestapo" style Mr. Stoffa mentions in Carpenter's article...so we have to ask Mr. Stoffa, why would he allow such behavior in Northampton County, after he publicly denounced it as wrong in Lehigh County?
By the way, note that Mr. Stoffa also served as Northampton County Director of Human Services before he was elected in 2005 to the position of County Executive, he has had plenty of time to correct this issue, so why hasn't he?

The Corrupt Business of Child Protective Services
This is a long article - but necessary in it's entirety. Taken from: http://kidjacked.com/family/schaefer.asp
Aslo see: Senator Schaefer on youtubeAfter reading this information, consider Ilisa Sacknoff, along with some others like Ann Kline may be using the very same corrupted practices outlined by Senator Schaefer.
From the legislative desk of Senator Nancy Schaefer 50th District of Georgia
My introduction into child protective service cases was due to a grandmother in an adjoining state who called me with her tragic story. Her two granddaughters had been taken from her daughter who lived in my district. Her daughter was told wrongly that if she wanted to see her children again she should sign a paper and give up her children. Frightened and young, the daughter did. I have since discovered that parents are often threatened into cooperation of permanent separation of their children.The children were taken to another county and placed in foster care. The foster parents were told wrongly that they could adopt the children. The grandmother then jumped through every hoop known to man in order to get her granddaughters. When the case finally came to court it was made evident by one of the foster parent's children that the foster parents had, at any given time, 18 foster children and that the foster mother had an inappropriate relationship with the caseworker.
In the courtroom, the juvenile judge, acted as though she was shocked and said the two girls would be removed quickly. They were not removed. Finally, after much pressure being applied to the Department of Family and Children Services of Georgia (DFCS), the children were driven to South Georgia to meet their grandmother who gladly drove to meet them.
After being with their grandmother two or three days, the judge, quite out of the blue, wrote up a new order to send the girls to their father, who previously had no interest in the case and who lived on the West Coast. The father was in "adult entertainment". His girlfriend worked as an "escort" and his brother, who also worked in the business, had a sexual charge brought against him.
Within a couple of days the father was knocking on the grandmother's door and took the girls kicking and screaming to California.
The father developed an unusual relationship with the former foster parents and soon moved back to the southeast, and the foster parents began driving to the father's residence and picking up the little girls for visits. The oldest child had told her mother and grandmother on two different occasions that the foster father molested her.
To this day after five years, this loving, caring blood relative grandmother does not even have visitation privileges with the children. The little girls are in my opinion permanently traumatized and the young mother of the girls was so traumatized with shock when the girls were first removed from her that she has not recovered.
Throughout this case and through the process of dealing with multiple other mismanaged cases of the Department of Family and Children Services (DFCS), I have worked with other desperate parents and children across the state because they have no rights and no one with whom to turn. I have witnessed ruthless behavior from many caseworkers, social workers, investigators, lawyers, judges, therapists, and others such as those who "pick up" the children. I have been stunned by what I have seen and heard from victims all over the state of Georgia.
In this report, I am focusing on the Georgia Department of Family and Children Services (DFCS). However, I believe Child Protective Services nationwide has become corrupt and that the entire system is broken almost beyond repair. I am convinced parents and families should be warned of the dangers.
The Department of Child Protective Services, known as the Department of Family and Children Service (DFCS) in Georgia and other titles in other states, has become a "protected empire" built on taking children and separating families. This is not to say that there are not those children who do need to be removed from wretched situations and need protection. This report is concerned with the children and parents caught up in "legal kidnapping," ineffective policies, and DFCS who do does not remove a child or children when a child is enduring torment and abuse. (See Exhibit A and Exhibit B)
In one county in my District, I arranged a meeting for thirty-seven families to speak freely and without fear. These poor parents and grandparents spoke of their painful, heart wrenching encounters with DFCS. Their suffering was overwhelming. They wept and cried. Some did not know where their children were and had not seen them in years. I had witnessed the "Gestapo" at work and I witnessed the deceitful conditions under which children were taken in the middle of the night, out of hospitals, off of school buses, and out of homes. In one county a private drug testing business was operating within the DFCS department that required many, many drug tests from parents and individuals for profit. In another county children were not removed when they were enduring the worst possible abuse.
Due to being exposed, several employees in a particular DFCS office were fired. However, they have now been rehired either in neighboring counties or in the same county again. According to the calls I am now receiving, the conditions in that county are returning to the same practices that they had before the light was shown on their deeds.
Having worked with probably 300 cases statewide, I am convinced there is no responsibility and no accountability in the system.
I have come to the conclusion:
- that poor parents often times are targeted to lose their children because they do not have the where-with-all to hire lawyers and fight the system. Being poor does not mean you are not a good parent or that you do not love your child, or that your child should be removed and placed with strangers;
- that all parents are capable of making mistakes and that making a mistake does not mean your children are always to be removed from the home. Even if the home is not perfect, it is home; and that's where a child is the safest and where he or she wants to be, with family;
- that parenting classes, anger management classes, counseling referrals, therapy classes and on and on are demanded of parents with no compassion by the system even while they are at work and while their children are separated from them. This can take months or even years and it emotionally devastates both children and parents. Parents are victimized by "the system" that makes a profit for holding children longer and "bonuses" for not returning children;
- that caseworkers and social workers are oftentimes guilty of fraud. They withhold evidence. They fabricate evidence and they seek to terminate parental rights. However, when charges are made against them, the charges are ignored;
- that the separation of families is growing as a business because local governments have grown accustomed to having taxpayer dollars to balance their ever-expanding budgets;
- that Child Protective Service and Juvenile Court can always hide behind a confidentiality clause in order to protect their decisions and keep the funds flowing. There should be open records and "court watches"! Look who is being paid! There are state employees, lawyers, court investigators, court personnel, and judges. There are psychologists, and psychiatrists, counselors, caseworkers, therapists, foster parents, adoptive parents, and on and on. All are looking to the children in state custody to provide job security. Parents do not realize that social workers are the glue that holds "the system" together that funds the court, the child's attorney, and the multiple other jobs including DFCS's attorney.
- that The Adoption and the Safe Families Act, set in motion by President Bill Clinton, offered cash "bonuses" to the states for every child they adopted out of foster care. In order to receive the "adoption incentive bonuses" local child protective services need more children. They must have merchandise (children) that sell and you must have plenty of them so the buyer can choose. Some counties are known to give a $4,000 bonus for each child adopted and an additional $2,000 for a "special needs" child. Employees work to keep the federal dollars flowing;
- that there is double dipping. The funding continues as long as the child is out of the home. When a child in foster care is placed with a new family then "adoption bonus funds" are available. When a child is placed in a mental health facility and is on 16 drugs per day, like two children of a constituent of mine, more funds are involved;
- that there are no financial resources and no real drive to unite a family and help keep them together;
- that the incentive for social workers to return children to their parents quickly after taking them has disappeared and who in protective services will step up to the plate and say, "This must end! No one, because they are all in the system together and a system with no leader and no clear policies will always fail the children. Look at the waste in government that is forced upon the tax payer;
- that the "Policy Manuel" is considered "the last word" for DFCS. However, it is too long, too confusing, poorly written and does not take the law into consideration;
- that if the lives of children were improved by removing them from their homes, there might be a greater need for protective services, but today all children are not always safer. Children, of whom I am aware, have been raped and impregnated in foster care and the head of a Foster Parents Association in my District was recently arrested because of child molestation;
- that some parents are even told if they want to see their children or grandchildren, they must divorce their spouse. Many, who are under privileged, feeling they have no option, will divorce and then just continue to live together. This is an anti-family policy, but parents will do anything to get their children home with them.
- fathers, (non-custodial parents) I must add, are oftentimes treated as criminals without access to their own children and have child support payments strangling the very life out of them;
- that the Foster Parents Bill of Rights does not bring out that a foster parent is there only to care for a child until the child can be returned home. Many Foster Parents today use the Foster Parent Bill of Rights to hire a lawyer and seek to adopt the child from the real parents, who are desperately trying to get their child home and out of the system;
- that tax dollars are being used to keep this gigantic system afloat, yet the victims, parents, grandparents, guardians and especially the children, are charged for the system's services.
- that grandparents have called from all over the State of Georgia trying to get custody of their grandchildren. DFCS claims relatives are contacted, but there are cases that prove differently. Grandparents who lose their grandchildren to strangers have lost their own flesh and blood. The children lose their family heritage and grandparents, and parents too, lose all connections to their heirs.
- that The National Center on Child Abuse and Neglect in 1998 reported that six times as many children died in foster care than in the general public and that once removed to official "safety", these children are far more likely to suffer abuse, including sexual molestation than in the general population.
- That according to the California Little Hoover Commission Report in 2003, 30% to 70% of the children in California group homes do not belong there and should not have been removed from their homes.
Final Remarks
On my desk are scores of cases of exhausted families and troubled children. It has been beyond me to turn my back on these suffering, crying, and sometimes beaten down individuals. We are mistreating the most innocent. Child Protective Services have become adult centered to the detriment of children. No longer is judgment based on what the child needs or who the child wants to be with or what is really best for the whole family; it is some adult or bureaucrat who makes the decisions, based often on just hearsay, without ever consulting a family member, or just what is convenient, profitable, or less troublesome for a director of DFCS.I have witnessed such injustice and harm brought to these families that I am not sure if I even believe reform of the system is possible! The system cannot be trusted. It does not serve the people.
It obliterates families and children simply because it has the power to do so.
Children deserve better. Families deserve better. It's time to pull back the curtain and set our children and families free.

Recommendations
- Call for an independent audit of the Department of Family and Children's Services (DFCS) to expose corruption and fraud.
- Activate immediate change. Every day that passes means more families and children are subject to being held hostage.
- End the financial incentives that separate families.
- Grant to parents their rights in writing.
- Mandate a search for family members to be given the opportunity to adopt their own relatives.
- Mandate a jury trial where every piece of evidence is presented before removing a child from his or her parents.
- Require a warrant or a positive emergency circumstance before removing children from their parents. (Judge Arthur G. Christean, Utah Bar Journal, January, 1997 reported that "except in emergency circumstances, including the need for immediate medical care, require warrants upon affidavits of probable cause before entry upon private property is permitted for the forcible removal of children from their parents.")
- Uphold the laws when someone fabricates or presents false evidence. If a parent alleges fraud, hold a hearing with the right to discovery of all evidence.

Jeremy's Story
(Some names withheld due to future hearings.)
As told to Senator Nancy Schaefer by Sandra (Xxxx), a foster parent of Jeremy for 2 ½ years.
My husband and I received Jeremy when he was 2-weeks-old and we have been the only parents he has really ever known. He lived with us for 27-months. (Xxxx) is the grandfather of Jeremy, and he is known for molesting his own children, for molesting Jeremy and has been court ordered not to be around Jeremy. (Xxxx) is the mother of Jeremy, who has been diagnosed to be mentally ill, and also is known to have molested Jeremy. (Xxxx) and Jeremy's uncle is a registered sex offender and (Xxxx) is the biological father, who is a drug addict and alcoholic and who continues to be in and out of jail. Having just described Jeremy's world, all of these adults are not to be any part of Jeremy's life, yet for years DFCS has known that they are.DFCS had to test (Xxxx) (the grandfather) and his son (Xxxx) (the uncle) and (Xxxx) to determine the real father. (Xxxx) is the biological father although any of them might have been. In court, it appeared from the case study, that everyone involved knew that this little boy had been molested by family members, even by his own mother, (Xxxx). In court, (XXX), the mother of Jeremy, admitted to having had sex with (Xxxx) (the grandfather) and (Xxxx) (her own brother) that morning. Judge (Xxxx) and DFCS gave Jeremy to his grandmother that same day. (Xxxx), the grandmother, is over 300 lbs., is unable to drive, and is unable to take care of Jeremy due to physical problems. She also has been in a mental hospital several times due to her behavior.
Even though it was ordered by the court that the grandfather (Xxxx), the uncle (Xxxx) (a convicted sex offender), (Xxxx) his mother who molested him and (Xxxx) his biological father, a convicted drug addict, were not to have anything to do with the child, they all continue to come and go as they please at (Xxxx address), where Jeremy has been "sentenced to live" for years. This residence has no bathroom and little heat. The front door and the windows are boarded. This home should have been condemned years ago. I have been in this home. No child should ever have to live like this or with such people.
Jeremy was taken from us at age 2 ½ years after (Xxxx) obtained attorney (Xxxx), who was the same attorney who represented him in a large settlement from an auto accident. I am told, that attorney (Xxxx), as grandfather's attorney, is known to have repeatedly gotten (Xxxx) off of several criminal charges in White County. This is a matter of record and is known by many in White County. I have copies of some records. (Xxxx grandfather), through (Xxxx attorney's) work, got (Xxxx), the grandmother of Jeremy, legal custody of Jeremy. (Xxxx grandfather) who cannot read or write also got his daughter (Xxxx) and son (Xxxx) diagnosed by government agencies as mentally ill. (Xxxx grandfather), through legal channels, has taken upon himself all control of the family and is able to take possession of any government funding coming to these people.
It was during this time that Jeremy was to have a six-month transitional period between (Xxxx grandmother) and my family as we were to give him up. The court ordered agreement was to have been 4-days at our house and 3-days at (Xxxx grandmother). DFCS stopped the visits within 2-weeks. The reason given by DFCS was the child was too traumatized going back and forth. In truth, Jeremy begged us and screamed never to be taken back to (Xxxx) his grandmother's house, which we have on video.
We, as a family, have seen Jeremy in stores time to time with (Xxxx grandmother) and the very people he is not to be around. At each meeting Jeremy continues to run to us wherever he sees us and it is clear he is suffering. This child is in a desperate situation and this is why I am writing, and begging you Senator Schaefer, to do something in this child's behalf. Jeremy can clearly describe in detail his sexual molestation by every member of this family and this sexual abuse continues to this day.
When Jeremy was 5 years of age I took him to Dr. (Xxxx) of Habersham County who did indeed agree that Jeremy's rectum was black and blue and the physical damage to the child was clearly a case of sexual molestation.
Early in Jeremy's life, when he was in such bad physical condition, we took him to Egleston Children Hospital where at two-months of age therapy was to begin three times a week. DFCS decided that the (Xxxx grandparent family) should participate in his therapy. However, the therapist complained over and over that the (Xxxx grandparent family) would not even wash their hands and would cause Jeremy to cry during these sessions. (Xxxx the grandmother), after receiving custody no longer allowed the therapy because it was an inconvenience. The therapist reported that this would be a terrible thing to do to this child. Therapy was stopped and it was detrimental to the health of Jeremy.
During (Xxxx grandmother) custody, (Xxxx uncle) has shot Jeremy with a BB gun and there is a report at (Xxxx) County Sheriff's office. There are several amber alerts at Cornelia Wal-Mart, Commerce Wal-Mart, and a 911 report from (Xxxx) County Sheriff's Department when Jeremy was lost. (Xxxx grandmother), to teach Jeremy a lesson, took thorn bush limbs and beat the bottoms of his feet. Jeremy's feet got infected and his feet had to be lanced by Dr. (Xxxx). Then Judy called me to pick him up after about 4-days to take back him to the doctor because of intense pain. I took Jeremy to Dr. (Xxxx) in Gainesville. Dr. (Xxxx) said surgery was needed immediately and a cast was added. After returning home, (Xxxx), his grandfather and (Xxxx), his uncle, took him into the hog lot and allowed him to walk in the filth.
Jeremy's feet became so infected for a 2nd time that he was again taken back to Dr. (Xxxx) and the hospital. No one in the hospital could believe this child's living conditions.
Jeremy is threatened to keep quiet and not say anything to anyone. I have videos, reports, arrest records and almost anything you might need to help Jeremy.
Please call my husband, Wendell, or I at any time.

Failure of DFCS to remove six desperate children
A brief report regarding six children that Habersham County DFCS director failed to remove as disclosed to Senator Nancy Schaefer by Sheriff Deray Fincher of Habersham County.Sheriff Deray Fincher, Chief of Police Don Ford and Chief Investigator Lt. Greg Bowen Chief called me to meet with them immediately, which I did on Tuesday, October 16, 2007
Sheriff Fincher, after contacting the Director of Habersham County DFCS several times to remove six children from being horribly abused, finally had to get a court order to remove the children himself with the help of two police officers.
The children, four boys and two girls, were not just being abused; they were being tortured by a monster father.
The six children and a live in girl friend were terrified of this man, the abuser. The children never slept in a bed, but always on the floor. The place where they lived was unfit for human habitation.
The father on one occasion hit one of the boys across his head with a bat and cut the boy's head open. The father then proceeded to hold the boy down and sew up the child's head with a needle and red thread. However, even with beatings and burnings, this is only a fraction of what the father did to these children and to the live-in girlfriend.
Sheriff Fincher has pictures of the abuse and condition of one of the boys and at the writing of this report, he has the father in jail in Habersham County.
It should be noted that when the DFCS director found out that Sheriff Fincher was going to remove the children, she called the father and warned him to flee.
This is not the only time this DFCS director failed to remove a child when she needed to do so. (See Exhibit A)
The egregious acts and abhorrent behavior of officials who are supposed to protect children can no longer be tolerated.

...Is our County motto.
However, it seems Northampton County's "elect" have lost their way, and no longer follow the simple guiding principles which once exhibited our County character.
What has occurred to lead us so far astray?
In comparison with our Founding Fathers, the "elect" of this day are more like hypocrites, schemers, and connivers that cannot be trusted. Their foundations are weak, their words are worthless. Their "yes" usually means no...and of course their "no" usually means yes.
Their motivator is greed for money, and their hunger is for power. They have no sense of obligation to their electors, simply arrogance after their election. They do what they please without regard for right or wrong. Their motto is "you scratch my back, I'll stab yours". We witnessed that first hand with Ron Angle and John Stoffa, but Ron was STOPPED...and if Stoffa was to attempt a run at it again - he too would be stopped in a heartbeat.
Well, some out there say Stoffa doesn't have a heart, and that's why he moved Ilisa Sacknoff from Gracedale to DP, where she just continues her recklessness on other innocent families, who because they stand alone cannot defend themselves against her.
The question is: why would Stoffa and Marcus connive to move her to DP instead of terminating her services for the reported malicious behavior displayed by this hireling? Well, our friends, what did we say their principle motivator is? GREED for MONEY...YES, you got it. Ilisa is very good at doing the dirty work...she thrives on it - it satisfies her hunger for power. She gets her brownie points, and the County gets rich of the backs of the innocent.
How so? She finds vulnerable families she can exploit. At Gracedale it was families of Alzheimer's/dementia residents, in DP it's families of patients afflicted with Down Syndrome/Retardation, always people with some sort of mental challenge. Why? Because she can manipulate these families with her deception, and once she does, it means big dollars for the county. As we understand it, as much as $150.000.00 per year from the State and Federal government.
Legally Kidnapped is a blog that sheds much light on the subject of these types of situations, which profit people like Ilisa Sacknoff. There is also VOCAL, an organization which, all who have been persecuted by Ilisa can turn to for help. The problem is larger than we would think, and not just here in NorCo, but throughout our nation. If dealt with individually, there is no success, that is why and how COAF organized...they understood right from the beginning that you can not fight such an animal alone.

Sadly, the "elect" of yesterday would defend the rights of these families, while many of the "elect" today see only dollar signs, with no regard or respect for the families or lives they destroy.
Where is the Mercy...
...and where is the Justice?

Back to Ilisa Sacknoff
Many Gracedale employees are truly following our postings regarding this less than desirable hireling.
Why??? Because they know how she operated when she was at Gracedale. Let us make no mistake about this - at least 90% of Gracedale employees truly care, and do what they do because they care. However, there is about 10% in any work force that leave a lot to be desired...and Ilisa falls into that category - the dreaded 10%.
As we continue to explore the connection between Ilisa Sacknoff and Ann Kline, we discovered that Ilisa was in court last week. And as we understand it, she was filling in for Ms. Kline, who for some unknown reason was not able to attend herself.
Although Ilisa is supposed to be laid off due to budget cuts at the end of September, she was still out there trying to prove that she could reel in more money than others at DP...in hopes that she will be given an opportunity to reek havoc in some other governmental department...hopefully not!
Consider Ms. Sacknoff favorite words "YOU DON"T HAVE A CHOICE". She spoke those same words to many unsuspecting families at Gracedale, who at one point or another fell under her authority as a Social Worker. She manipulated the families to create separation, saying one thing to one member of the family, and another thing to other members of the family. When she accomplished her goal, she did what she pleased with the resident, and according to her, no member of the residents family could do anything about it.
Ms. Sacknoff was also known for having people sign documents under duress, meaning that the person signing the document was seriously struggling with having to place a loved one in a nursing home, which if you think about it, most people who truly love the person they are placing would not feel easy with the decision.
In addition, Ilisa would not provide copies of the signed documents, and later say "You signed the document(s), so you don't have a choice". Imagine that! And we thought that in all situations one always has choices...more than one option - apparently not when you deal with Ms. Sacknoff. Consider that under the circumstances, most people would sign anything trusting that the social worker knows what she is doing...and is doing what's right - only to discover later - they were duped.
In our opinion, this so called social worker has no place in government employment, especially where she can exploit the very people she is supposed to be serving.

Congrats to County Council...
...With one exception!
First...THANK YOU to all members of County Council who voted on Thursday August 16, 2012 to accept the AFSCME/NorCo contract. The vote was 8-1, Barbara Thierry being the only no vote.
With regard to Mrs. Thierry's vote...respectfully we say, she normally appears confused and not sure of what she is voting on, but last night was even more so. At one point she noticeably ask County Council President John Cusick what a yes or no vote meant.
With regard to the Gracedale contract matter, Mrs. Thierry said that she had to vote against the contract because she represents the taxpayers, huh???
It was as if her memory failed her...she seemed to forget that the taxpayers/voters told her to keep Gracedale by a 3-1 margin. Or perhaps the fact that her puppeteer was in attendance influenced her decision.
Then up comes Ron Angle with his usual arrogant self righteous attitude...making a ridiculous comment intended to insult - expecting some sort of response from his intended victim...receiving none he turned to the audience expecting some possible laughter, only to hear disgust instead. So he turned to face the Council only to see stern faces suggesting: say what you have to say, then sit down and shut up...we don't have all night. And for the first time in recent history, Ron realized that he is no longer intimidating anyone - anymore.
Even Bernie O'Hare appeared uncomfortable when Ron tried to bring him into his idiotic comment, and he actually cracked a smiled when he saw Ron standing at the podium, seemingly shaking his head from side to side. We wonder why ;-)
With two exceptions, and they won't make it when their terms are up should they chose to run...we have a Council that is working to make things better. They will not always agree on everything, but then again, We The People do not expect them to.

Mr. Stoffa and Mr. Marcus deserve an honorable mention for finally realizing they work for us.
Oh...wait a minute - did Ron say something about Monroe County? :-)

Did They Give Back A Nickel?
No Ron...the unions did not give back a nickel - they gave back Millions.
For the record: COAF is not for or against unions...we are Pro-Gracedale.
With that said, we are compelled to inform the County of Northampton, that the AFSCME union and the Gracedale employees came through as promised.
They definitely put their money where their mouth is, demonstrating their integrity, and their commitment to Gracedale by keeping the pledge they made - to give back reasonably.
And once again there is egg in the face of Ron Angle and his associates who wanted to sell the County Gem.
Let us identify for you exactly what primary concessions were made by AFSCME and their union members/Gracedale employees:

Let us identify for you exactly what primary concessions were made by AFSCME and their union members/Gracedale employees:
- Gave back 36 hrs of sick leave
- Gave back 1/2 times on a holiday (They were getting 2 1/2 times on a holiday, and now will be getting 2x .. and only if they work!).
- Gave back President's Day
- Gave back their paid lunch break.
- Now work 37 1/2 hrs per week. A HUGE savings of over 1.1 million dollars
- The employees will take a pay freeze for 2012
- The employees will pay a .75% increase into their health care in 2013, 2014, and 2015.
- They also agree to flexible shifts of 8-10-12 hrs to help with the staffing problems.
Each employee will lose
approx $2000-3000 per year... That is huge!
These concessions are real ladies and gentlemen of NorCo, and they will impact every Gracedale employee for the next four years. We know it's a hard pill to swallow, but they did it because they care...so we take this opportunity to congratulate AFSCME and their employees for keeping their word and doing what they said from the onset they would do - give back what is reasonably necessary to keep Gracedale where it belongs - in County hands.
Now its up to County Council to stay on top of County Executive John Stoffa, as well as his replacement, to ensure that Gracedale is set up to succeed, and not to fail.
Keeping in mind their commitment that all funds generated by Gracedale in the black will stay in a separate account for Gracedales needs only - not go into general funds where they can be used for other purposes.
We The People believe it is safe to say: it seems that in the past, the path of least resistance had been the one taken...the easy road. But today, after enduring a long constant uphill battle, we are finally at the peak - tough choices had to be made...and they were. The time for PEACE has arrived, but we must all continue to do what is right...not later, or tomorrow, or next week - no, the time is now, and into the future.

Who Hired Ilisa Sacknoff in DP?
As we understand it - Ann Kline, Deputy Administrator for DP hired Sacknoff.
This information leads us to ask a few questions:
In our humble opinion, the problem with our culture today, with special attention to the government elected officials under who's authority people like Sacknoff are hired to serve We The People, but instead who believe they can commence mistreatment schemes which actually cause harm, is a problem of accountability.
We The People understand that County Executive John Stoffa can't be everywhere, and can't possibly know everything...we comprehend that - yes, we get it. However, what about when the problems of human mistreatment is reported to those in authority...then what?
COAF climbed the ladder correctly - one wrung at a time. Each wrung had it's own set of challenges, but we pressed on because we believe that how we treat the helpless is a worthy and important cause to fight for.
We shed light on this problem employee (Sacknoff) going back to 2008, and in early 2009, if memory serves us correctly, Ms. Diane Nieper became involved with our strife before she resigned her position in June as Councilwoman. We were very appreciative of her because she did try her best with the time she had left in County Council to assist us resolve the problematic employee matter.
All along the way the light on the problem became brighter, exposing the extent of the problem, and all along we were pointed to Ross Marcus and John Stoffa as the key individuals responsible with the authority to do something about the problem.
They had the opportunity then to correct the problem by holding Sacknoff accountable. Instead they turned to others in government employment positions like Ann Kline to shield the problem of Ilisa Sacknoff...one has to wonder why? And then, one has to ask why?
This information leads us to ask a few questions:
- Why did Ms. Kline hire someone like Ilisa Sacknoff?
- Did Kline know Sacknoff's Gracedale history?
- Was Kline instructed by Ross Marcus or John Stoffa to hire Sacknoff?
- Did Kline work closely with Ilisa?
- What was Klines complicity in inflicting the kinds of horror, brutality and punishment Sacknoff is known to administered.

A Question Was Asked...
...Comment #9 in What do we seek in new county exec? asked whether we are considering several candidates, or just one for the position of County Executive.
Well, the only statement we can make at this point in time with regard to this question is: when all announcements are made, or when the person we are prepared to support announces his/her intention, then and only then will we reveal our choice...and, we will support our choice to his/her election.
If our current consideration decides not to pursue the position of County Executive, then will look at ALL candidates who have thrown their hats into the arena - and COAF, as a bi-partisan voting block, will agree on a specific candidate and announce our support for whom we consider to be the cream above all. We will ask the county electors to get out and vote, preferably for the candidate we support.
Our involvement is the voice of knowledge necessary for those out there that support us and our cause, but who for many reasons may not be able to be involved.
We are hopeful that there will be many a debate that we can attend to discover the best prospect, and then announce our CHOICE for Gracedale...and for "We The People".

Certainly, our decision will be based on what position the
candidates take on Gracedale. Under this circumstance, we will select our choice very carefully because Mr.
Stoffa as a hard knocks teacher has educated us that deception is a standard for many politicians these days (Such as himself) and prevalent in today’s politics
We are hopeful that there will be many a debate that we can attend to discover the best prospect, and then announce our CHOICE for Gracedale...and for "We The People".

What do We Seek In A NEW County Exec?
Well...First - Someone who is trustworthy, honest, and true.
Before we go further, let us define those three very critical and important qualities.
Trustworthy - Someone who is always reliable to handle the GREATEST gem in the world (at least to us) Gracedale. Someone who will be dependable to protect Gracedale regardless of the approaching foe, and who is confident of his/her abilities to take Gracedale into the future.
Honest - Someone who is veracious, always telling the truth, in fact bound by the truth, and who understand integrity and probity, and who always adheres to morality. He/she will exemplify decency, humility, and character.
True - Someone who is genuine, authentic, and pukka.
Yes...we know - this is a tall order, but it is possible.
While there are but a handful out there that meet these three unique requirements, there are even less that have more to offer.
More like the strength and courage of a lion to take on any adversary seeking to hurt Gracedale, and also the compassion and tenderness of a lamb seeking to serve those that cannot help or speak for themselves.
Those of us who have been involved since the beginning...who do we know that has displayed these inherent features?
Who do we know whom has time and time again displayed without out fear of retribution these admirable and distinguished attributes?
Who's face turned RED when Gracedale was attacked...and who fought tooth and nail to make sure Gracedale prevailed?
Well...your gonna have to stay tuned to find out!

We The People
will support him/her, should he/she decide to run.
Attacking Who?
It is our humble opinion that Ilisa Sacknoff is not being attacked, merely being held accountable for her misdeeds during her employment at Gracedalae.
To understand the reality relating to this less than desirable hireling, one must go back to at least September of 2008, when her favorite words were "YOU DON"T HAVE A CHOICE". Once again, we ask her...do you remember that Ilisa?
Anyone who has sympathy for her, and believes that she is being wrongly treated, well, in our opinion...you don't really know Ilisa. She has never had the opportunity to treat you as poorly as she treated us.
At that point in time, Ilisa herself will tell you, that COAF grew to 34 direct members...All of which had a problem with Ilisa...why do you think that was?
We feel it safe to say that when you do your job well people don't want you gone - instead they appreciate you, and in some above and beyond cases, they give you awards...but not Ilisa - she would have received tomato's in the face for her abrasive treatment of residents and family members at Gracedale. She deserved it then...and she deserves it today.
Yes, we understand that she has been humiliated by this negative attention, and humiliated she should be for all the wrong she did, and continues to do.
Unless however, she is prepared to sincerely ask for forgiveness...and we doubt she will - it is not possible for us to extend our acceptance.
We cannot accept an apology that hasn't been offered.

We Live In A World of Crisis...
...But why?
Well, perhaps because
the greatest thing human beings desire to do is control other human beings, so
they create crisis that they can come back and say “Look, I have a remedy”, and
then they apply their remedy, and then they say “See, you need me because I am
a great leader who can resolve problems” - Is this starting to sound familiar?
It seems to us this is exactly what some of our local
government leaders have done. Gracedale was turned into a circus of crisis, which allowed
certain figures to attempt to capitalize on the remedy for their own benefit...whatever that may be.
They (Angle, Stoffa, O'Hare, Marcus, etc.) believed that they could pull it off...but then COAF happened.
Now let us look at what "COAF happened" means. Is COAF just another form of government out for themselves? What's in it for COAF? Is COAF trying to take over? these are three legitimate questions that can be asked as well as others we're sure. However, to understand the true reality to those question, one must understand who and what COAF is. In essence, COAF is the regular person (much like you reading this post) just trying to finish the race of life, full of compassion, and a burning desire to do what is right as outlined in TRUTH.
So, are they another form of government - NO, absolutely not...they govern no one but their own lives.
When we ask "What's in it for them", we must do so with the understanding that they have gain nothing, but have given much of themselves in service to others...their only prize is the satisfaction that they are serving humanity as they were intended to.
Lastly, are they trying to take over? Funny question - take over what? Everything in the world belongs to who?...only the foolish believe it 's all theirs. Ten out of ten people on earth folks, will die...so really - what beyond your own soul do you truly own? HMMM.
So what is COAF's goals and purpose? Well, they themselves were once kind of asleep, but a malicious person named Ilisa Sacknoff awoke them to an ugly reality, and they have since vowed to only sleep in turns, so that a constant watch will prevent the ugly reality from manipulating their lives, as well as the lives of those that cannot speak for themselves.
Their goal is, and will continue to be - serving those that the Angles, Stoffas, O'Hares, and Sacknoff's don't care about...those who cannot, for reasons beyond their control, care or speak for themselves. To that end they will fight until they themselves breath their last breath.
