Our Loving Friend...

...Bernard O'Hare the 3rd is so confused too.

But he helps again make our case. And Bernie...we want thank you so much for you help in making our case. Hopefully, you have jumped ship and are doing it out of the kindness of your heart.

The case Bernie (our new found Friend) is referring to on his latest blog post fake-rev-sore-winner deals with PRACTICING attorney Larry Otter pursuing Bernie and Ronny in court for payment of his legal fees...again we say, how exactly does that have anything to do with NEW evidence that has been provide to the proper authorities for investigation, relating to possibly as much as, or maybe more than $31,000.00 of tax payer money being used to finance the TEAM Angle/O'Hare private CITIZEN challenge of We The People's collected petition signatures? 

Bernie is a great DECEIVER as most magician are - he says look here at my left hand, while he is preparing to slap you with his right hand. That's just what magicians do...they distract you with a part of their illusion - to create a fantastic illusion...the problem for our friend Bernie is that we continue to see clearly his deception - sorry Bernie...no wool over our eyes.

To assist our friend we suggested questions he should-ask-instead. But he doesn't want to ask the real questions...why not? because our questions implicate him too.

When we asked Bernie if Mark Stewart of Eckard Seamans assitted him he said "I represented myself". And then we asked Mr-stoffa-can-you answer these questions?...he refused to. Instead, as our friend Bernie has so eloquently pointed out - Mr. Stoffa hired a lawyer. Now, why exactly would a person who has done nothing wrong hire a lawyer? But we give John credit for not hiring Bernie...we all know just how well that failed Angle.

Ladies and Gentlemen of NorCo, there is new evidence that should be investigated. Evidence that we honestly believe shows that all three, John Stoffa, Ron Angle, and our friend Bernard O'Hare used tax dollars to fund private goals, authorized by the County Executive himself. If our suspicion's are correct - a travesty has gone unnoticed. All that we are attempting is to shed some light on the darkness of our county. 

Keep up the good work Bernie - we couldn't have discovered half of what we have without your influence and direction - you will sink Johns ship...to the bottom. Thanks again Buddy ;-)

Letter To Editor Update

As you can see in the Letter-to-editor  post, the editor Jim Flagg chose to use his right to add a note attempting to defend the paper by saying that they (the Express Times) had covered the story, but in fact they have not.

Respectfully, we believe the editor is confused - he speaks to a court action which is still in litigation in the supreme court that has ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with John Stoffa using tax dollars to further a private litigation. The cases are actually miles apart.

Practicing attorney Larry Otter has been pursuing payment from the persons who brought suit against the Coalition of Alzheimer's Families, because our limited funds did not allow us to pay him his worth. Now, how exactly does that have anything to do with the County Executive John Stoffa authorizing the use of tax dollars to assist - for personal gain, a private citizen in a personal, and private litigation?

Possibly $31,000.00 of tax payer funds may have been used to assist Ron Angle and his henchman Bernard O'Hare...where exactly has the Express Times or any other news paper covered the story? The fact is they haven't - and the express times reporter Tom Shortel was actually handed all the documentation provided to the County Controller Stephen Barron, as well as to the County Council who is currently investigating the matter.

Please Mr. Flagg, with all due respect - show us the story...or acknowledge that you have failed to cover it. The People are simply asking that you cover all newsworthy stories without bias...is that asking for too much?

The following is a letter to the editor of the Express Times by our spokesperson Rev. Mario Martinez on 06/09/12:

Newspaper refuses to report the whole story

It is sad that our media in the Lehigh Valley is so slanted. Consider that whenever people such as ousted Northampton County Councilman Ron Angle or County Executive John Stoffa play up to the media, they get headlines.

However, when we have a historic moment, such as the collection of 23,000-plus signatures to put a question on the ballot, and the signatures are verified, and the question survives four lawsuits, and the question is placed on the ballot, and the question passes by a 3-1 margin, there are no victorious headlines! Why?

The media, as I understand it, is supposed to stay neutral in reporting any story, but not in the Lehigh Valley, where the media plays favorites. It is evident that they took a side, and it was not the side of the people. But that’s OK because the people were not seeking publicity, they were seeking justice.

Today, the media again is showing their slant, failing to report on a possible scandal that may remove the county executive from office. The act of using taxpayers’ funds to further personal goals is illegal, and has resulted in the incarceration of people such as state legislators Jane Orie, Bill DeWeese and John Perzel.

Evidence has been provided to the county controller and county council which clearly shows Stoffa used taxpayer money to sue the taxpayers, and worst, to support two private citizens in private litigation. But in the Lehigh Valley, the media have purposely chosen to suppress the story. Why?

In August 2011 a judge refused lawyer Lawrence Otter’s request to have his legal fees paid by local blogger Bernie O’Hare and Angle, who had challenged the validity of signatures on a petition for a referendum on Gracedale, the county nursing home. Otter alleges “illegal government funding” of the pair’s petition challenges, saying they received help from Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott, a law firm retained by the county to handle a proposed sale of the home. Stoffa, Angle and O’Hare deny that accusation.

Did A Two Cent Coin Ever Exist?

Absolutly - Oh... there goes that word again :-)

But yes, in fact it did.

This is just a peice of American history that goes without saying - except that not many know of it - and no one is saying it.

In 1864 (not 200+ Years Ago) the Congress of the United States of America approved adding " In God We Trust" to the Two-Cent coin.

In 1908 legistlation was passed and "In God We Trust" was mandatory on all coins.

In 1955 "In God We Trust" became mandatory on ALL U.S. coins and paper currency.

In 1956 "In God We Trust" became the national motto of the United States of Ameica.

Just a peice of history as the July Forth day is soon upon us.

Are WE Really The People?...

...YES - Absolutely.

Wait a minute - most of those who have come against the very PEOPLE they are supposed to be serving don't believe there is ABSOLUTE TRUTH...if they did, they wouldn't be telling half TRUTHS, would they? And if that's absolutely TRUE...then wait a minute - doesn't that means they do believe in absolute TRUTH?...Well yes, possibly - but, well - perhaps they don't realize it...and - they just don't know what they believe.

Some of them say - well that's your truth, and while we respect it, it's not our truth. Isn't that what they call TOLERANCE - yes, ABSOLUTELY - that's what they call it! Are you ABSOLUTELY sure that's what they call it? Yes, yes we're sure!

The problem with tolerance is that it doesn't REALLY work...and we as a society know it. For example, if our society was truly tolerant, we would release all of our incarcerated, and never ever incarcerate anyone...yup - that's right. WHY? Because whatever they did to become incarcerate was simply their TRUTH...so that makes it okay, right?...WRONG!!! Our society has established laws based on absolute principles and moral values. Is that absolutely true...yes - all of our incarcerated are still incarcerated, aren't they? YES...that makes so much sense.

So...it is safe to say - ABSOLUTELY - that when a person breaks the law of the land, they should be incarcerated! Because it is ABSOLUTELY true that you cannot break the law. So, if John Stoffa and his band of fools broke the law...shouldn't they too be incarcerated...
...ABSOLUTELY.

Is your head spinning yet? ABSOLUTELY - but we still won't tolarate an incompetant Executive...are you sure? ABSOLUTELY;-)

The Killer SWAPTION...

...Strikes again.

When County Council voted to payoff the SWAPTION, it was at a $25 million dollar level. It appears that County Executive John Stoffa's hesitation to pull the trigger when given permission to do so, has cost the taxpayers an additional million - the Swaption is now at $26 million.

To add insult to injury...the Executive did not desire to report on the SWAPTION openly, instead he asked for the CC to meet with him in Executive Session, which simply stated, means in the BACK ROOM...behind closed doors.

Why behind closed doors? In our opinion so that We The People would not be wiser to his continued display of incompetence. 

A vote was taken on the matter because Councilman Lamont McClure objected to the request, stating his objection in this light "I do not believe that this subject is appropriate for an Executive Session, I think this is one of the two or three most important policy issues to effect County Government since I have been here, and I think it will probably continue to effect it after I have left County Government, and I believe that any information received should be received in public, and I just don't think it falls within the exceptions, with all due respect to Mr. Longenbach".

A slight pause, and Councilman Dietrick requested, and was granted the floor - He went on to add that going behind closed doors is "just another opportunity to go in a direction I'm not comfortable with." This after stating that he had voted against two different SWAPTION directions in the past. Ken Kraft agreed.

The vote was taken and passed 5-3, and then when all paraded into the BACK ROOM, in a show of true UNITY, the three chose not to go back into the Executive Session...commencing comments of possible Sunshine Law violations.

With that said...our point Ladies and Gentlemen of NorCo - is that if taxes do go up...this John Stoffa blunder is the reason why. In just a couple of months, he has managed to cost the taxpayers another million dollars...with absolutely nothing to show for it. In our opinion, it is just as if he allowed a thief (Bank of America) to steal our hard earned tax dollars while he snoozed.

Stoffa's dwindling friends may believe in their twisted minds that We The People are attacking the poor County Executive...but really - think about it...all we have done to date is:

HOLD HIM ACCOUNTABLE.

We are not launching personal attacks on him, as he has to us through his perverted friend O'Hare, who during the Executive Session told our spokesperson at least twice - to "go to hell"  in front of many witnesses. And take note that we say perverted because of the picture we can attest to, which is posted on his blog depicting an elder woman who could be his mother, in a very compromising situation.

We WILL NOT post a link to the picture because it is so deplorable and disgusting, and certainly offensive to women, elders, and any decent person of our great County.

Their despicable behavior is just that - despicable!!!

O'Hare Thinks Gracedale Is A Joke...

...We The People don't!!!

His recent post 12:02 a.m. 06/05/12 shows that he too is sweating. We finally hit a nerve hard because he he sounds like, and appears to have LOST IT.

We've noticed that whenever O'Hare gets nervous...he begins to call people names - it's his defensive mechanism, you know.

He's is correct to be nervous, because he too can find himself in a compromising position...which may cost him the the most precious commodity anyone has - time.

He goes on to say: "To my credit, I've resisted the temptation to post this.  I have standards, damn it!"

REALLY...Standards??? Ladies and Gentlemen of NorCo - we chose to remove the link, however, on his post the word "this" is linked to a photo of an elder depicted horribly. And he says he has standards...if so, then his standards are as low as standards can go. If you view the depiction, you will see that O'Hare is truly PERVERTED!!!

He also goes on to educate the world saying: "I know this sort of thing because I'm a lawyer."

Well, this sounds like he is impersonating a lawyer...Like he wants to be what he is no longer. It seems that his memory is failing him...confusing him to believe he has something that was stripped away for among other things, being a liar.


 Mr. Stoffa can try to make things right with The People again, if he chooses to. Or, he can find himself waiting to see who his bunk mate will be...Maybe he gets lucky and bunks with a friend...






Just like Bill DeWeese and John Perzel are Cellmates - literally speaking. And today they are both surprised and sad...their faces tell the story.



As for Bernie...please feel free to continue to call us names...eventually, we will have all the ammo we need - and then we will see who has a sense of humor...and who does not!
