On Sunday, October 24th, 2010 - There will be an informational meeting held on the grounds of Gracedale presented by the union to address concerns, and discuss the petition initiative. Hope to see you there.
Please don't forget the meeting at 6:30 p.m. this evening.
I think the coalition should be there and not the union. The union basically dropped the ball when they walked out of negotiations. They shouldn't have brought up the question which sounded like
ReplyDelete"We know your selling the place, can the union still be there when you do?"
What kind of representation is that?
That meeting was to hash out givebacks, not insert themselves in the places future under new management to ensure they get their cut.
I certainly hope all of my fellow employees can see the union screwed us.
And when they do sell it,
show those union jerks the door
We can do better.
I hope we prevail however I think its going to be a feeding frenzy alot of friendships will be destroyed and alot of peoples lives will be ruined.
Thanks Ron Angle
I look forward to this meeting, if the Unions would give back $6 million in bloated benefits, the county would have to keep Gracedale. Let's do it for the residents!
ReplyDeleteIf we would offer to give back $6 million Angle would then want$10 million. Don't you realize he wants to sell anyway! It all is in vain he has his mind made up....WAKE up!!!!!
ReplyDeleteha ha ha, then call his bluff, offer the 6 million! Or you chicken?
ReplyDeleteWith the way the economy is why should only Gracedale workers be just the ones to give back? We don't get anything different than anyother county worker does. If thats the case why doesn't the give back start at the top? Let Mr. Angle & Mr. Stoffa set an example? And then the give back should be county wide!
