The Gentleman...Ron Angle? (2)

Where did we leave off? Hmmm...let see, oh-yes, Ron was knocked out of office by COAF. Can he deny That??? We don't think so. Manure can come out of both sides of his mouth, and it won't change that historical fact.

The self-professed untouchable bulldog was touched by We, The People in a way that still has head spinning. He says in the news report however, "I have a 12 years of proven record of being an expert on the budgets in the county, and being a financial watchdog." Mr. Angle is just too funny.

The Express-Times reported that Mr. Angle had been sued by Palmer Cotturo, who was able to prove his case in court. And, who was awarded 1.3 million dollars as a result of the court action.

Ron Angle mortgage the property to Cotturo. However, in 2004, Mr. Angle purchased the property back, with an agreement of course, that Cotturo could buy back the property. We couldn't understand then, nor do we now, why they were selling the property back and forth to each other. It was revealed sometime later that Angle was supposed to participate in developing the site. The question is: how exactly was he supposed to participate? What was in it for him? What was the money making scheme? Who knows? The man with all the angles knows, but he's not talking. Cotturo's attorney argued that instead of helping further the project, Mr. Angle torpedoed the project. Five or six weeks after their agreement, Mr. Angle exerted political pressure on the township board of supervisors to appeal a zoning variance that allowed a 60-lot housing development on the site. As we understand it, the move resulted in Tucker Homes withdrawing their application.

Yes, Ron Angle is a watchdog who is always on the prowl, seeking to devour his prey. The Honorable Judge Braxton however, didn't allow that to happen in Cotturo's case. He found that Angle "engaged in continuous acts to undermine Cotturo's efforts  and defeat the contract." Awarding Cotturo monetary damages to the tune of 1.3 million dollars.

Yes, he failed the entire county with the antics he displayed to get what he wanted into or out of the budget. He never listen to anyone, especially those who mattered most...the taxpayers who paid the bills, the voters, who grew tired of his nonsense. And, he lied to us when he said taxes would have to go up - 15, 18, 20, even 30% at one point (numbers he threw around), if Gracedale was kept in county hands. We should trust him now to count the eggs in the chicken coop. We don't think so man of angles. The only angle we will allow you is the one that knocks you down...AGAIN!

Count on that!

More to come...

  1. Since Angle and Stoffa were the only ones pushing to sell Gracedale,. Makes one wonder why, what was in it for him. He wanted to spend 100,000.00 to send out flyers why Gracedale should be sold, NO NOT HIS MONEY county money.

  2. The team of Angle/Stoffa/O'Hare wants to get back in control. We must keep them out of the county. O'Hare wants Angle in so he can once again have access to confidential county information.

Tell your friends, we cannot let these dirty three amigos back in any county position. In fact we were told that O'Hare was invited by Stoffa to the county retiree luncheon. Many retirees were upset he was there. Especially the Gracedale folks were very upset that Stoffa has a position of power with the retirees and O'Hare has been allowed to come to a private luncheon. Please help us.

  3. Ron Angle was on "Business Matters" on TV with his pal Tony Iannelli. He was discussing race relations. Angle was an embarrassment. He attacked the two African-American women and constantly interrupted and insulted them. He yelled at them that there is no racism cause yaws all got a black President". He was disgusting.

Please keep him from public office. Also complain to any business in the Chamber of Commerce about this man being constantly on their show. Last month he was on about people that are mentally ill and once again made his stupid statements. Why is he on so much?.
