We Are Proud Americans...

...Who unlike the CORRUPT of the County, believe in the laws of the land.

The nonsensical ignoramus wrote:

"Unfortunately, local government too often cowers before a lynch mob, whether it is a Chattanooga mob with guns or a fake preacher who wants to hang the County Executive, despite repeated court rulings against him."

To make sense of this statement one must first consider the source, and then understand the source always twist's the truth.

The actual truth is: Mr. Stoffa misused tax-dollars, which as we understand it, is illegal to do. And, there are no "court rulings against him"

Mr. Stoffa, as an elected public official is being held accountable by the very People who elected him. That is Constitutionally correct. That's Democracy!

Planning Stoffa-Gate
To his point about local government cowering, in the case of Stoffa-Gate, local government may be cowering, but certainly not for fear of the people, apparently for fear of Mr. Stoffa, who to this date does whatever he wants to, whenever he wants to, without any checks or balances from local government.

We The People are not flexing-our-muscles in an attempt to hang anyone, we are merely exercising our Constitutional rights to correct a wrong.
God Bless America

When Is Misuse not Misuse?

In light of the self-evidence presented by none other than County Executive John Stoffa himself (which profoundly indicted him), as witnessed by all present during the January 24, 2013 County Council meeting, or those who witnessed-it through this blog, We The People must ask: where has America gone?

Really: Where are we headed as a civil People?

It certainly appears that we don't know what direction we're headed in because our moral compass has been intentionally destroyed by the evil self-serving John Stoffa.

Mr. Stoffa admitted his guilt when he agreed to pay the County back $700.00 to replace the tax funds We The People can prove he misused. Because he used (under his breath) the word blackmail does not acquit him, or relieve him from his guilt.

Point #1 - If the use of the word Blackmail by Mr. Stoffa is somehow accurate, then logically (and in-fact), it would mean that County Council has broken the law - In that scenario We The People would require and demand an investigation to discover and prosecute those on County Council who blackmailed Mr. Stoffa (we are all intelligent enough to know that's not the case).

Point #2 - Anyone and everyone who watched the event unfold during the meeting or on-line can be the judge - the verdict? Stoffa is GUILTY.

Point #3 - What sane person in control of all their senses goes into a meeting of record, feeling guilty admits his guilt, then wants to retract? Wait a minute...doesn't that remind us of what many criminals do in a court of law?

Point #4 - John Stoffa was real quick to point his finger at County Council, so why does County Council feel obligated to protect him?

Ladies and gentlemen of County Council and Northampton County, our silence will be Mr. Stoffa's escape. While for-whatever-the-reason County Council chooses to remain silent...We The People will not!!!

Mr. Stoffa, at your age we have no desire to see you incarcerated sir, however, you are the one making that bed. The right choice for you at this point in time sir, is to step down, and we can all call it a day...to do less will force our hand.

You know our meaning sir,
and you know our resolve,
only a fool would defy...

Again!

Callaoffa???

...What is a Callaoffa?

It's what you probably get if you cross-bread John Callahan and John Stoffa, what a disturbing thought.

We the People have been forced to endure many a shady deal, and we've been lied to time and time again. By who you ask?  By the Stoffa administration. On January 30th We came across a very interesting article that illustrates (to us) just how similar John Callahan and John Stoffa are, and Callahan will be no different (or even an ounce better) than Stoffa has been. If  Callahan is elected to the county executive seat, it will be the same old manure.

Please Read Morning Call: Jury Decides between Pektor and PP&L

We feel this article expresses that Mayor John Callahan held a check for a developer. This act led to law suits, and then Callahan's  administration all suffered some sort of amnesia, un-able to "recall" who was supposed to cash the check. Reading the article you could close your eyes and almost imagine this being John Stoffa trying to hide the fact he was funding Angle and O'Hare's law suit to fight We the People.

And, was it just us, or did anyone else notice how Callahan strikes special deals, fails to turn in campaign finance reports when due, and Bernie O' Hare simply looks the other way, just like he does with the other John, you know - Stoffa.

We the People certainly expect much more from a county executive than what John Callahan has to offer.

Seeking An Apology Too!!!

Nazareth resident Korine Behler is so disgusted by the acts of two  Nazareth Borough Council members that she is demanding (rightly so) an apology from her borough council.

Please read the ET Article: Nazareth Resident Demands Apology

We are pointing this matter out to all Norco residents who follow this blog, because we feel the same way that Ms. Behler does. All government officials are to be held to a higher standard if they want to serve us. Otherwise they should not seek office! And it now appears that the level of conduct-unbecoming our leadership in Norco may be widespread through out our County.

Plotting from left to right - Ron Angle, John Stoffa, and Bernard O'Hare
We are all aware of Stoffa-Gate. A matter of corruption at the highest level of county government.

We are patiently waiting to see what's going to happen during the upcoming County Council meeting.

Resign Now!!!

Are the taxpayers being unreasonable calling for County Executive John Stoffa's resignation? Fair question.

We The People don't believe they are. The tax payers are the folks who take their hard-earned money and give it to the government so that our government can function. Then we elect officials to manage our money properly. For the most part, our government does a fair job, but there are cases that those we entrust our tax-dollars to, mismanage our funds. An audit can discover the mismanagement and make a correction to put the train back on track. Their are other cases (such as the current case in NorCo) where an elected official knowingly and intentionally uses tax-dollars for purposes the funds where not intended for (better known as misuse of tax-dollars).

Generally speaking, in cases where there is misuse of tax-dollars...consequences must exist. If not, then anyone desiring to misuse tax-dollars can do so without fear of getting caught, knowing that if they do get caught - no big deal because there are no consequences.

You then have promises made by our elected officials - like they will never lie, cheat or steal. If they do lie, cheat or steal and get caught, shouldn't there be any consequences? Yes, of course. Any reasonable person would say so. That can be illustrated by what we teach our own children. Do we teach our children that is okay to lie, cheat and steal? No, of course not. In fact, one of our greatest lessons to our posterity is: never lie.  As part of our lessons to our children dealing with deceptions, we punish them. As reasonable and civil parents the punishment should always fits the rebellious act.

To further illustrate our meaning - In the case of the County Executive's misuse of tax funds, County Council is the parent, and John Stoffa is the rebellious child. Understanding that Johnny was caught, first, using money that was not his for something the money was not intended for, and then when question he states "he did not do it". When presented with the evidence, he say's he'll pay it back (admitting his guilt) and then decides not to pay it back unless he can attached conditions, the question clearly becomes: Should Johnny be punished? And we suspect that any reasonable parent will say: yes, he should be?

Now lets look at it from a different perspective. County Executive John Stoffa allowed the termination of two employees for sending emails he deemed inappropriate. Would he allow an employee to misuse county tax dollars? And If the employee was discovered, would he allow the employee to lie. Well, if he would fire an employee for emails (which is a lesser act) then surly one would believe that he would not allow an employee who commits a greater act (misuse of tax funds or lying) to get away with it. Does this all make sense? We think it does! So why should it be any different when it's the boss who get's caught? It's not different.

There is no alternative...
...County Executive John Stoffa MUST Resign now!!!

This is not about The People wanting something they can't have. This is about all parties involve doing what they teach their own child to do - the right thing...all the time.

Near The End

I would like first and foremost to take this opportunity to thank Jesus for  delivering to us  last Thursday, the truth about County Executive John Stoffa.

I am asking all believers of Jesus Christ on this Sunday to pray for Mr. Stoffa.

Unfortunately, he caved-in to his desires for the material possessions of world, so much so, that it caused him to fail the very people who once trusted him.

I also ask that you pray for all on County Council who know that Mr. Stoffa has violated the trust of the people - which they too have taken an oath to serve. And they know that in addition to violating the trust of the people, Mr. Stoffa also violated the laws of the land. Pray that they can muster the courage to do the right thing, regardless of it's degree of difficulty.

Also pray that John Stoffa recognizes his human failing, and instead of continuing his defiance against the people, that he too can muster the strength he needs to do the right thing at this point in time...and step down.

By stepping down John will avoid forcing the people to seek a remedy to this matter at another level of government, which most certainly will bring unnecessary disgrace to our County.

Also pray for COAF and all their followers, that they can remain patient in the mist of this controversy.

I pray this too, in the glorious name of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ - Amen

Lastly, I thank the Coalition of Alzheimer's Families for bestowing upon me the honor of serving them and their followers as spokesperson for the group. Despite the persecution I have received for doing so, it has been a true privilege, and know that if I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing.

As we near the end of this chapter in Norco and Gracedale history, let us remember that the tower watchmen must always remain vigilant, so that an era like the one we are preparing to end...never occurs again.

Thank's For Making The Point!

The latest  spectacle comes from none other than County Executive John Stoffa's right hand...and we all know who that is.

In the mist of Stoffa's admission of wrong doing last Thursday, when Stoffa stated during the County Council meeting that he will pay back the $700.00 he paid Eckerd Siemens (Misusing tax funds) to assist Ron Angle and Bernard O'Hare III in their PRIVATE litigation against the tax payers of Northampton County. He now wants to back-peddle (sending as we understand it) an email to County Council which suggest that the $700.00 is a gift to the County, and he wants County Council to vote on it during next weeks council meeting  - Really!!!

First he say's it never happened. Then he say's okay you got me. Now he wants to backtrack because someone with legal knowledge told him - Dude...do you know what you did when you said you would pay?...you admitted your guilt! Dude you better do something quick.

Ironically, his best friend these day's (Bernard Ohare) had this to say in an article attacking one of Stoffa's courthouse employees: "Justice is blind, they say, but in Pennsylvania, it appears to be deaf and dumb as well."

It is quite evident that's what they think about County Council as well, but boy are they in for a rude awakening. We could be wrong but, we don't think many members of Council will fall for this one? Hopefully we're not wrong.

And then he gracefully reminds us "we recently underwent the Kids-For-Cash scandal, in which two Luzerne County judges imprisoned children in exchange for bags of cash from privately-owned detention facilities.  Now, it's a 77-count indictment charging ticket-fixing against seven current and former Philadelphia traffic judges. In both cases, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court sat on its hands. One of its members, Justice Joan Orie Melvin, is herself on trial for forcing her state-paid employees to run her political campaign."

Yes, and in Norco he forgot to mention, there is "STOFFA-GATE".

Oh, by the way, we were watching WFMZ tonight and they predicted that a storm is coming. Yeah, that's right John...A storm is coming!

Hear Stoffa Admit his guilt.
