Is She Really Gone?

Supposedly...Ilisa Sacknoff's day's are numbered (the end of September), although we understand that she is still jockeying for other possible positions in government where she may be able to continue in our opinion, her traumatizing intimidation of the very individuals she is supposed to serve.

Sadly, even if Ilisa Sacknoff's is no-more in our County Government, she may go to some other County where no one knows of her or her evil way's. She will certainly receive positive reference from Ross Marcus and his patron John Stoffa...but she will still be someones problem.

Worst yet...we still have many more Sacknoff's still roaming around in NorCo...they know who they are - and so do we.

People who work in government are supposed to work for We The People, remember? But, because of foul leadership like John Stoffa who sets a very poor example to follow, they too believe they are above their masters, and can do whatever they want to do, whenever they want to...not so - eventually we all pay for our transgressions.

Question: What is Human Services?

The National Organization for Human Services had this to say "The field of Human Services is broadly defined, uniquely approaching the objective of meeting human needs through an interdisciplinary knowledge base, focusing on prevention as well as remediation of problems, and maintaining a commitment to improving the overall quality of life of service populations. The Human Services profession is one which promotes improved service delivery systems by addressing not only the quality of direct services, but also by seeking to improve accessibility, accountability, and coordination among professionals and agencies in service delivery."

Sounds really good doesn't it? The problem is Wanna-be leaders like Stoffa and Marcus, who in our opinion, seem to allow double dipping practices which in and by themselves are not corrupt, but, usually lead to corruption.

A Developmental Programs employee working for Pinebrook Family Services in Allentown bears the same potential conflict of interest that a Police officer working for the Gambino's has. Stoffa knows, Marcus knows - but what have they done to prevent even the appearance of a conflict? NOTHING!

Our friend "the nonsensical ignoramus" would like to see John Stoffa run for County Council so that he can still have a hook in the courthouse, but this morning in conversation with a rather funny elector, we were informed that the only thing John will be running for is his rocking chair, and Angle, well, he's just off his rocker.

  2. We The People have now exposed a source of putrid, political stench in Northampton County. It's an ugly case of BO.

  4. Great scott that would be great if she is gone at the end of Sept. And as far as where she goes we can always keep track of her. Evil is never hard to find. Now on to the rest of them. I only hope we can undo some of the heartache they have caused. I really do not know how these people lay their head down at night ?
God we need all the help we can get.

  5. Word from County Council is that for the first time in about 12 years all the members are talking to one another. Not having you-know-who there along with his suckup blogger friend has made the difference. With Stoffa beng rolled to the exit there may be hope for responsible democracy.

  6. What is really sad is that this witch is giving good social workers a bad rap. There are more good SW's than bad, but we accept that as with most things in life, there is always a small percentage that make things bad for the many.

  7. Marcus and Stoffa gave her a job today as the CASSP coordinator, which was a vacant position. Same pay grade level and salary. She will start there on Monday. Now she will get to determine if children with mental health issues get the required treatment that is recommended by psychiatrists. This position had been vacant for quite a while and really did not need to be filled as other administrators were doing the work since the previous employee left.

  8. Sad day in NorCo Human Services

This job was not even posted to all County Employees. Stoffa and Marcus just appointed her.

    Shady business

  10. ANON 5:37 - do you know it as a fact?

  11. ANON 5:37 here. Yes it is a fact. Management never gets rid of management, they just move them around and expect different results. Stoffa has allowed Marcus to try to destroy Gracedale and now he is doing it to the rest of the County's Human Services departments.

  12. It is all fact, call and ask tomorrow for yourself. Better yet ask council. Also call civil service and check policy if this move is even legal.

All of Human Services will be gone 5 years from now.

Why do u think the County is now leasing a building instead of owning one.

Stoffa and Marcus have no commitment to keeping any of these programs.

  13. This is just one of many reasons that Ross Marcus must be let go after Stoffa leaves office. He has been a trainwreak. Most knowledgable people knew he was a poor choice but not even they realized how bad he would be at the job.

This is what a politcal payback job by Stoffa did for the county. He has now put this woman in a job that will determine the kind of care mentally and emotinally challenged children of the county will receive.

County Council may have to intervene or at least show some interest.
