The determination of The People right from the start should have been recognized by our entire local government, unfortunately, it was not.
The result - A waste of taxpayer funds fighting the taxpayers, who initially went before CC and the administration humbly, seeking a win-win solution to the Gracedale issue, but instead were manhandled and chastised by CC led by the ex-president.
Well, as we have seen to date, The People decided to step into the ring knowing that they would have to fight. Did they want to fight? Of course not...but they were left with no other alternative...and fight they have, prevailing in every round to the point of a knock out VICTORY over Stangle and Nightmare when the question went to the ballot.
We The People never had a desire to do any of this and CC/Administration knows it...but today we respectfully extend a humble hand to Mr. Stoffa, who while misguided went down the wrong path, but at least yesterday he had the guts to say NO MORE.

"I don't want to fight these people anymore. I'm not going to take on the battle of getting rid of Gracedale while I'm in office," Stoffa said. Stoffa suggested in the article that he anticipates that We The People will prevail again on May 17th. He went on to say "I'm just being realistic about what's going to happen."
It's time now for Angle to SHUT UP, and allow the process to take it's course. The People are tired of your nonsense...and so is CC to the point that they too would like to see a change in November...We The People will give them a change.

ReplyDeleteAssuming you aren't Brenda, you have Bernie O'Hare to blame for all of this. He's encouraged "Brenda" to anonymously spew hate on his blog on a daily basis. Just yesterday, she was telling Gracedale supporters to kill themselves by swallowing dishwasher detergent. Vile statements like that always have consequences.
This is nonsense. In response to numerous vile attacks, Brenda suggested that the goons rinse their mouths out with dishwasher detergent. She never even hinted that any harm should befall anyone, and had she done so, I would have deleted the comment.

2. She is listed in the LVAIP vendors page with the advertisement she must have approved as posted in here with full contact info
3. Something called a Final Determination PDF file...the details I won't go into however it does make interesting reading and might implicate others that have an agenda against Mezzacappa
That said this Ohare blog is a den of inequity with Ohare as the zookeeper
HE encourages this behavior with his constant namecalling and belittlement of people. Now that he has caused MAYBE an innocent to be involved he plays the victim card
I only hope if this was the Brenda person that it is a lesson learned if not....

If you are not her you will see she incited the actions particularly yesterday. There were indications in her language that inferred she was you. The poster availed information that is in the public domain. Anyone can find it. Although you feel there were lewd comments associated with the post try to understand that the poster was provoked by Brenda with your freind Bernie cheering on the sidelines. I think since you seem to have Bernies ear you might want to tell him to tone it down over there as well. Please do not paint everyone with the same brush.

I spoke with Maryann Schmoyer at the council meeting I attended this evening. Maryann had the class and decency to apologize for what has ocurred. No apology expected or needed from Maryann, but her kindness was well received.
