Great News...

...A recent "Push Poll", which was conducted (as we understand it) by the Reibman camp, indicates that we have a dead even three-way race for County Executive.

At this very point in time, that's great news.

Now all we have to do is make sure that everyone we know, and their brothers and sister's, etc. get out and vote for Lamont McClure.

Upcoming Debate:
Candidates Forum for Northampton County Executive.
  • When: Thursday, May 9, 2013
  • Time: 7:00 pm
  • Where: Alumni Hall, Northampton Community College, 3835 Green Pond Road, Bethlehem PA 18020
  • Panel: Lamont McClure - Glen Reibman - John Callahan

As we understand it, John Callahan is afraid to debate Mr. McClure and Mr. Reibman on television. However, (supposedly) he has agreed to be present for tomorrow night's event...presented and hosted by the by the League of Women Voters.

We suggest to all who want to see him in a debate, attend tomorrow night's event, or risk never seeing him in a debate for Northampton County Executive. Who knows if he will allow another opportunity.

Our understanding is, he definitely will not go on television with Lamont McClure or Glen Riebman, probably because he did so poorly on Business matters.

And what's-his-name said Callahan wasn't a WUS!

  1. Why would the Mayor not want to debate? After Business Matters you would think he would want to clear some things up. Lamont McClure is clearly the best choice to move this county forward. Lamont showed great leadership in the fight to save Gracedale. Although he did not do it alone it took the coaf and help from the labor movement it was successful. Lamont stood his ground and that's what this county has been lacking under the Stoffa administration. So on May 21st vote Lamont McClure for county executive so he can restore Northampton County Government into something we can all be proud of.

  2. It has been said that Mayor Callahan has demanded that no questions from the audience be allowed unless they are screened by the League and his campaign. He is really ducking the hard issues. Sounds like one John Stoffa. So it is no surprise that Stoffa and Angle are supporting Callahan.
